Facebook won't give me an account!

I signed up for an account so I could keep up with my kids and grandkids. When I signed up it said that I could not have a Facebook account and I have no idea why and they won't tell me why! There is absolutely NO support available! What the hell is the purpose of facebook? Are they discriminating because I'm an old lady?? Is it just for th e young?

Unfair and awful customer service

Here is a piece from 99designs support team message - "You can either accept this decision, agree not to do it again and change the design so it it not so close to the original photo, or we can ban your account permanently. This is not up for discussion."

All I did was draw an siluette from a real image, as client requested it to be realistic. But I changed everything - colors, clothes, purse. And after someone reported my btw winning design, 99designs Customer service lead - Sheamus99 came up with this decision.

Terrible! Avoid this company

I purchased a epos for my business from this company in 2015. A sales rep came to my restaurant to do a demo of the epos, I liked and agreed to take the epos and paid fully upfront to avoid monthly payments. The rep told me that because you are new to this epos we advice you to take the support plan at a monthly fee of £60. Signed the dd form for the amount. After couple of months I felt that I don't need the Support plan and called the Rep for abvice and he told me to cancel the dd and carry on using the epos. After few month clover called and wanted me to pay the outstanding balance of £900 for the software. I refused to pay as I was told different story by the rep. Now clover have switched off my epos and I can't do nothing with it and they are still billing me for the software fee even after blocking my epos. I'm extremely unhappy with their behaviour. I advice all to stay away from this company to save yourselves the headache.

Been using windows since my dad tought me how to use windows 95. Ive been through every iteration since then. But the last 5 to 10 years are just abysmal to say the least. Constantly trying to put in new things while not making sure it works as intended. Im tired of being a beta tester of your os while having paid full price for this os. It looks good but thats the only positive thing i can give it. Nothing else really works as intended. Monitors constantly black out because windows hdr is still f*cked after 10 or more years. Music randomly stops. Still no ldac or other hifi capabilities via bluetooth. I hate apple but this os got so damn bad im seriously contemplating to switch because oh boi this os just feels like it has been built by a team of uncoordinated teens instead of an os made by a billion dollar company. Get your s**t together windows! This is just pathetic!

Don’t recommend at all!

Very poor experience, bought 5 personalized photo gift cards for my grandchildren with their pic on the front and on one of them the pic peeled off with the activation sticker. Thought it would be easy to request a replacement but what a fiasco. Spent one hr on the phone speaking with 2 reps only for them to tell me that since the numbers on the back for the card and the security code was still readable that they would not issue a replacement. I demanded to speak to a manager and was on hold then disconnected. Very disappointing, no customer service at all, spent $1,500 on these, would never do it again. Sounds like the two reps i talked to were reading from a script, also very hard to understand.Choose another gift card source. Stay away from Mastercard gift cards.

Shady business practice and terrible customer service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The are quite literally holding money to ransom and their customer services team are robots which simply quote their nonsensical policies. Shady business practice, stay well clear. I paid an invoice in advance for 1 month of email flows ($100 which is criminal itself) and they did not activate my account. They are now claiming that they will hold onto this money indefinitely until we agree on a separate dispute which is much less - which they did not even bring up until they took my money. So they are in essence holding my money to ransom for a completely separate matter and refusing to provide services until in their mind it’s settled. The separate issue being that they want me to pay a month of services which I cancelled and didn’t use. Customer service is appalling, I was speaking to someone that called themselves “Ninja” (what do you expect….) and has zero sense of being reasonable. Update: Quite comical they have responded but made no comment on the fact they are still holding onto a payment I made for a service which they are not fulfilling. It’s like a company saying you owe them £5 which you disagree with, and paying them £100 for another service - they then hold onto the £100 without giving you the latter service until you pay back £5 separately. Unbelievably stupid.

14 year user - now never using again to sell.

A private seller with an excellent 14-year record - now left stunned by my treatment and new policies for sellers.There is no seller protection - buyers are able to exploit the system leaving sellers out of pocket via refunds. Evidence I submitted in a dispute case was totally disregarded.Attempted to dispute the outcome, and was HUNG UP ON by the eBay representative. Goodbye.

Disappointed

1). I came back after a hiatus and the audio part with Estelle and Paul was gone. That’s what I came back for . And that was quite a valuable part of the program. 2). But I stayed to give it a try and bought the super version. So I am amazed and angry that it is STILL asking me to buy gems etc to keep an exercise going !!! Come on Duolingo!!! I bought the Super version so I wouldn’t be bothered with all that nonsense !!
