I placed my order for crockery which was on back order, received an email confirmation where all was correct. I then checked my order details on my app account and saw that the items there were different. I tried to contact by the online chat but this crashed. Then I emailed and got no reply for quite a few days. I phoned my local store who said I’d need to email my concerns. Eventually I received a reply to my email saying it would be answered in up to 3 days. I never received an answer. The order was a Christmas gift and I found it really stressful not knowing if the correct items would be delivered. I finally received my order this week and to my great relief it’s what I originally ordered. Your system showing the wrong items ordered and the lack of communication really surprised me.I would expect better of Anthropology. Thankfully the crockery is lovely.
