Got a text message from telstra stating that the internet may be disrupted due to maintainence whilst this was happening l got a text message @ 6.30 am saying something wrong with my internet connection this happened a couple of times the modem was in mobile mode at this stage... l contacted the faults line which advised me to do a test which didnt fix the problem.. twas then booked for a technician hence before that was done the green light on the modem twas active.. l contacted telstra was again letting them know that the problem was solved... then a couple of days later l got a phone call message from someone working in telstra who l couldnt understand because of language barrier
