AT&T is undependable and has terrible customer service. My AT&T internet has been down for 36 hours and they are saying that it "might" be up tomorrow morning. I don't believe they even have anyone working on the problem.

AT&T has to be the WORST phone service EVER!So... I returned my step-up (old phone) to AT&T on May 23rd. For whatever reason, @USPS didn't register the track# of the phone until August, which puts me 60 days behind from not returning the phone. Mind you, I do have pictures & proof of when I sent the darn phone. AT&T still charged me $228 for a phone I no longer have for nonreturn.The worst part is, today 9/17/24, I just found out that AT&T DID receive the phone & is sending it back to me, instead of crediting my acct the $228 they now have in their possession...reason: "It didn't qualify for the 30-day return"I told the "Loyalty" dept I needed to cancel my service & send their new phone back. The lady told me, that if I sent the new phone back, AT&T would only apply $520 for it, as it is what the "phone is now worth" & I'd still owe them $742 for both phones, they would now have in their possession!!! :((HOW ABSURD & UNFAIR IS THIS???? 😡They didn't even try to save me as a customer with all the proof they had or offer the credit to keep me 😡Since they wouldn't credit my acct & still have the phone, I cancelled it & I'm taking them to small claims court.Why wouldn't they credit my acct if the proof was there? They know @USPS is known to be trying to steal people's mails/packages

Bought a iphone thru the ATT app. Didn't like it. Return started the next day. AWFUL. Chat told me to return at ATT store. Went to store. Said I couldn't return it there because the app was "a different company"??? Back to Chat. Sent me UPS label. Dropped at UPS. UPS tracking said delivered. 5 days later, it was returned to me with no info. Chat again. Sent me another UPS label. Dropped off at UPS. UPS said delivered. Chat said no info on return for 3 weeks! Finally get email saying return received - nothing further to do, any charges will be removed. Next bill - upgrade charges, new installment plan, tax on new phone there. Chat again. Said maybe it would be removed on the next bill!!!! This was insane. The people on Chat don't know anything. ATT doesn't know what it's doing. Can NEVER talk to a person on the phone despite waiting for hours. All together - spent at least 10-15 hours on multiple days on this problem and each time nothing was resolved, just messed up more. It's really ridiculous, frustrating, and impossible.

Do not waste your money on kickstarter!The small discount for being an early backer is not worth the risk of getting scammed over and over.Kickstarter says that they have nothing to do with the projects. Yet when you try to chargeback your money from the scam project, it is Kickstarter who sides with the scammers and tells your bank 'no'.All just to keep their 5% fees.2 recent projects I backed:1. The latest project lied about their team, their factory, the amount of products they create each month and shipping costs (they increased the costs 3 times and blamed covid. even though using the freight rate calculator, it still comes down to $4 per backer, they charge $50-60 now). Apparently this is totally fine with Kickstarter2. The previous scam project was someone who used fake images/videos for the campaign and charged backers $40 for a $2 product from alibaba. There is a button on kickstarter to report for 'reselling existing product'. Yet after using the option provided by kickstarter themselves, they claimed the project had not broken any rules.Kickstarter is one of the worst companies ever and only cares about the 5% fee that they charge. They don't care about you or the legitimate creators. At the end of the day, the scammers who create new projects over and over earn them the most money with the fees.All of this wouldn't be a problem if Kickstarter had not blocked my cc issuer from charging back. I would gladly give 5% to Kickstarter, if I could at least get the rest of the money back. But no, if they did that then scammers would stop using their platform.

This is my second purchase from Thomann.I bought a PB50 bass a few weeks ago and was really impressed with the quality for such a budget bass.Didn't take me long to go searching for a 6 string.I honestly couldn't stand the look of Telecasters when I was younger but they grew on me over the years. I absolutely love them now.This TE30 is amazing for the money. Ash body, Maple neck and fingerboard. A nice weighty quality guitar. whats not to like.I now know were to get my gear from in the future. Absolutely fantastic company

ESET is wonderful!I have their Internet Security on 4 devices, 2 Windows desktops and 2 Android devices, it works flawlessly, modifying renewals, adding renewals, etc is a breeze.Their support is effective and efficient, always fixed my issues.Most of all, their solutions don't eat up resources like most other AV applications do. Runs in the background, does it's job, and keeps performance of system running extremely well.Been using ESET for ~10+ years and never let down, keep up the amazing work!Well done!

Whatever the company you are complaining about says, goes. They are not there to fight for you or point out the validity of your issues so what is the ...... point?
