I purchased a epos for my business from this company in 2015. A sales rep came to my restaurant to do a demo of the epos, I liked and agreed to take the epos and paid fully upfront to avoid monthly payments. The rep told me that because you are new to this epos we advice you to take the support plan at a monthly fee of £60. Signed the dd form for the amount. After couple of months I felt that I don't need the Support plan and called the Rep for abvice and he told me to cancel the dd and carry on using the epos. After few month clover called and wanted me to pay the outstanding balance of £900 for the software. I refused to pay as I was told different story by the rep. Now clover have switched off my epos and I can't do nothing with it and they are still billing me for the software fee even after blocking my epos. I'm extremely unhappy with their behaviour. I advice all to stay away from this company to save yourselves the headache.
