Review of clover
I hesitated with on star, should be actually 1/2 star! Clover Advantage Plan is the worst company to deal with. I call and get a rep that doesn't speak proper English, I try to explain my issue many times, for months, prob a year or more, the entire time I have been enrolled I have had to fight for them to pay the bills and they still haven't. Their copays are large and a copay for everything. I tried to cancel them, and it was extremely frustrating. After finally canceling their policy, I get a new benefit card in the mail. OMG again back on the phone. Their so-called free programs are not free, if you find a dentist or Optometrists in the area your blessed otherwise traveling 50+ miles are customary, the policy says they will pay either in-network or out-network well they pay neither. I had more denials than approvals. I have even sent in appeals and months later finally get a notice that I must send in an appeal???? I send another in and 2 weeks later get a denial for that appeal, only having to pay out of my own pocket for a normal free procedure like cleaning of the teeth. I know that appeals take at least 1 month to process thru experience. Its straight Medicare for me for now on. I have learned a huge expensive lesson with dealing with Clover Advantage plan.

Ease of processes and wealth of help resources made available to us.My sister has told me of her experience with another online accounting software where she had to make a phone appt for a week later to have her problem addressed. I recommended Xero and told her of your wonderful online help (raising a case) and how my problems had been addressed within an hour of raising the cases. She has now switched to Xero.

I returned 3 items worth total £39.70 back to Uniqlo on the 25th June via My Hermes parcel and checked that the parcel was promptly delivered back to Uniqlo (order number A011001719) . However it has been 20 days now and I still have not received any refund. Emailed to customer service 3 times and received no reply. I cannot believe a large company like Uniqlo take advantage and avoiding to refund £39.70. I regret buying from Uniqlo and would seek further action!

reliable 99.9% of the time. Have had a few issues with packages getting lost but they were finally replaced. My only complaint is that sometimes if I preorder a book at a certain price I find on the release date that the sale price is even lower than the preorder price and it is hard to work out the cases in which that is the situation.

I recently sold a high-value, limited edition console on eBay. The winning bidder placed a high bid, then immediately began questioning the item’s authenticity - despite the listing being clear, detailed, and accurate. The buyer had the opportunity to ask questions prior to bidding and was even encouraged to do so in my item description, so there is no excuse for their conduct. They still haven’t paid and are currently ignoring my messages.After checking their feedback history, I discovered multiple other sellers had left similar comments warning of non-payment, refund abuse, aggressive messages, and suspicious behaviour. It was clearly a pattern.I reported the buyer to eBay, expressing concerns about their feedback history and their sudden questioning of the item’s authenticity after they had won the auction, but no action was taken. I was simply told to wait four days and relist if they hadn’t paid. That was it.Despite the buyer clearly abusing the platform, eBay offers no way for sellers to leave negative feedback, and repeat offenders like this continue to waste people’s time without consequence. eBay has made it nearly impossible for honest sellers to protect themselves, especially when selling high-value items.eBay is an unsafe platform for sellers. Repeat offenders face no real consequences, and customer support offers little more than scripted responses. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind - stay away!

I had a terrible experience with DoorDash. I placed an order on May 02 2025, and it was marked as delivered—but it was sent to the wrong address. I never received my food. I contacted their customer service and explained the situation with evidence, but they refused to refund me and closed the case without resolving anything.This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. I will not be using DoorDash again and recommend others be cautious when ordering, as you may not get your food—or your money back.
