Buyer Beware! This dealership has zero integrity. They boldly lied and misrepresented themselves and my vehicle. On March 14 of this year, I purchased a Ford F-150 from Forest City Honda. I had shopped for a truck for over a year, and this one was just what I was looking for. So, I thought.I inquired about the mechanical status of the vehicle and was told that it was gone over with the fine toothed comb. I was assured there were no issues. I was shown a partial CarFax, and was told that a full report would be given to me during the paperwork process. I never received it.Within a week of purchase, airbag sensors began lighting up. I had noticed a vibration in the front, but was told by the salesman that it was due to the large tires on the truck. My first payment came due on April 28. That’s the day I had to put the truck in the shop for a new transmission. My second payment came due on March 28. That’s the day I had to put the truck back in the shop to replace all of the ball joints, wheel bearings, hub actuators, CV joints—basically an entire front suspension rebuilt. So far, in the two and a half months I’ve owned the truck, I am out over $5000, for repairs. My mechanic informed me that the dealership should never have sold this truck in the shape it was in. It is apparent that they did not do a thorough safety inspection, as required by North Carolina law, even though I was assured by the salesman that they had done so. A friend of mine, who is a retired, ASE certified mechanic told me the same thing. The issues with this truck would have been obvious, had there been a safety inspection. When I contacted the dealership to see what my options might be, they blamed me for the front end suspension damage. They told me that, since I had no warranty, there was nothing they would do.I would advise anyone searching for a car or truck to avoid this shady, sham of a dealership. They will lie to you without flinching, and when you have a problem, they will treat you like dirt.

This is a platform in order to reach many people around the globe with the same idea and agenda. I have not started a petition more that once yet, but have been witnessing the success of many others throughout the years when I reached to sign a petition.

My dad has been paying on a cc for over a decade, without charging any new expense. He is 87 living with diagnosed alzheimer's and is going into assisted living. He is completely broke so I asked CapitalOne for a cancelation of debt, without filing for bankruptcy, and get a 1099 for tax filing. The said NO on a debt that has been paid in full MANY times over! What mob bosses!

I called the location of 14275 E Sam Houston Parkway on Tuesday to schedule a hair appointment. They said they had an opening this Sunday which is today at 2. I said that would be perfect. I get to the salon and was told there was no stylist today and no scheduled appointments. I looked back thru my phone calls and that was the store I called. Never again will I go there again. Spoke to Amanda the manager and she said sorry there is nothing we can do. So anyone who schedules an appointment please be careful.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Absolute shambles of a multi million pound company. My account got hacked and disabled. There was no way of contacting them to resolve it. Tried filling the online form but it did not work. How can a company of this size not have a customer support number or email
