I bought a ESP LTD snakebyte online for my son. Out of the box one string has a rattle. The next day he took it to our most local guitar center (and hour away). They tech made some adjustments and said it was fine. Once we get it home he starts to play and it still rattles. Very disappointed in a 1,500.00 guitar...

Lego have the worst website/payment and shopping basket system ever. In fact its so backwards I fear kids were asked to build it by lego themselves! And I mean 5yr olds probably!So I purchase 1 Razor Quest, and One New shuttle model which equates to 2 items (both Different models!). They then cancel the order as I'm ordering more than two different items. Its if they don't want to sell products or something!!. They cancel my order and this is the lame excuse I got from lego: "We’re really sorry, but your recent LEGO® Shop order T371685010 has been cancelled because it went above our purchase limits for the following items: 75292 The Razor Crest™"The Lego company sucks!

I'm a happy and returning customer of this shop. Very satisfied with all my purchases.Nevertheless, I need to give some feedback: please, optimize the packaging of small items.I ordered a single pair of drumsticks, and they came in a huge box, filled to the brim with paper filler. I thought it was a mistake on the order confirmation, but it arrived today and, to my amazement, it was not.This pair of drumsticks came in a 58 x 21 x 11 cm box, weighing half a kilo.

After the shambles that the National Trust has made of the Covid 19 situation, I will be cancelling my membership and rejoining Heritage New Zealand. Anybody can join, it is around half the annual fee of the NT membership, and grants access to many places in the world including all UK NT properties. I will even take a thermos flask to avoid wasting my money in their coffee shops. Sorry NT, but you have let us down badly.

Domain.com is a very efficient company. They answer your questions to detail and they don’t delay on getting you Customer Service. I don’t understand why they don’t have the funds to put a courtesy blog together for their clients. Then the pricing that they charge for domain protection would make sense, but that’s OK, I’ll be back probably with another idea
