I had a terrible experience with DoorDash. I placed an order on May 02 2025, and it was marked as delivered—but it was sent to the wrong address. I never received my food. I contacted their customer service and explained the situation with evidence, but they refused to refund me and closed the case without resolving anything.This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. I will not be using DoorDash again and recommend others be cautious when ordering, as you may not get your food—or your money back.
