Online return no refund and no reply

I returned 3 items worth total £39.70 back to Uniqlo on the 25th June via My Hermes parcel and checked that the parcel was promptly delivered back to Uniqlo (order number A011001719) . However it has been 20 days now and I still have not received any refund. Emailed to customer service 3 times and received no reply. I cannot believe a large company like Uniqlo take advantage and avoiding to refund £39.70. I regret buying from Uniqlo and would seek further action!
