No customer service from Booking.com

Having booked a junior suite in a 4 star hotel in Stockholm offering AIRCON we were surprised that there was no AIRCON which made the stay very uncomfortable.We have complained to BOOKING.COM on the contact chat and apart from saying they will get back to you -THEY IGNORE YOU.If things go wrong they clearly don't give a damm

Cannot follow delivery instructions

Ordered picc line covers delivery instructions on account with contact telephone number followed on map but then had message saying failed delivery. After contact with customer service goodwill credit made and redelivery for 13th December email received saying information on system re address and instruction not correct no the courier did not bother to follow the instructions

I visited Bodiam Castle as a non member…

I visited Bodiam Castle as a non member with my husband and our dog. After paying for parking (£5.60) I was advised that entry to just the grounds would be £11 each (entry to the grounds and the castle. We cannot enter the castle with a dog unless we enter the property individually. I have messaged National Trust separately to this review without a response to date. National Trust is very expensive, staff were rude and as non members were treated very differently. Not great customer service and does not entice me to become a member. Very disappointed!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE ECONOMIST

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE ECONOMIST. Seriously, really great newspaper but terrible, terrible customer service. I signed up on the 'student deal' which was €20 for 3 months. I terminated the subscription after the 3 months by using the chat option given on their website. The operator confirmed my termination and ensured my refund would be deposited within 5 working days, but I never received a confirmation email. Fast forward couple weeks later, my account has not been terminated, they keep charging me and dont respond to any emails.

Occasional problems, such as integration of featured post images when publicizing on Twitter. But for a free site, this is pretty damn fantastic.

Review of bitwarden

A great password manager

I started using it after migrating from LastPass. The experience for me is simple and great and never had any issues with it. After using the free version for so long by multiple devices and a lot of passwords, I decided that this company deserves my money and I could also use some premium features like TOTP and emergency access from contacts. 10$ a year is less that 1$ per month and it totally deserves it. Using the TOTP is seamless and convenient. I totally recommend it.

Nothing but good experiences with Amazon Australia!Sure, I have received damaged and incorrect items, which they have been quick to refund or replace.And sure, some of the companies they have own or have purchased such as Ring (prices just went up hugely for a very average product), Audible, Alexa (software for ever changing without notifying customers - causing routines to simply stop working + no matter how many times you turn off display items on your screen, they turn it back on in the next unannounced update + SO MANY features not available in Australia that US customer have + laughably poor audio quality of their top of the range screen + no audio connectivity to allow use with an external sub on any of their products), Eero (they just stop working and cannot be repaired + customer service are very friendly but utterly useless) and Prime (so little content) seem to have become and less focused on quality product and good customer service with the passage of time.But the actual Amazon website is fantastic. I have so little time to go shopping for gifts for family and friends. I can just login, search for the gifts I want and usually have them delivered the very next day. You really cannot fault that!People will tend to login to this and other review sites to complain when they have a bad experience. Those who have a good experience are less likely to take the time to review.I think Amazon is a great web site, offering a huge range of products, incredibly fast delivery and excellent after sales service. I only wish they would apply that business model in full to the many companies they swallow up.

Payroll support is awful!

Trying to get to the reason reports are showing inaccurate figures on payroll and spent an hour talking to someone who had no idea and did not listen to what I was saying, very frustrating, never had problems like this with other payroll software I have used
