Nothing but good experiences with Amazon Australia!Sure, I have received damaged and incorrect items, which they have been quick to refund or replace. And sure, some of the companies they have own or have purchased such as Ring (prices just went up hugely for a very average product), Audible, Alexa (software for ever changing without notifying customers - causing routines to simply stop working + no matter how many times you turn off display items on your screen, they turn it back on in the next unannounced update + SO MANY features not available in Australia that US customer have + laughably poor audio quality of their top of the range screen + no audio connectivity to allow use with an external sub on any of their products), Eero (they just stop working and cannot be repaired + customer service are very friendly but utterly useless) and Prime (so little content) seem to have become and less focused on quality product and good customer service with the passage of time. But the actual Amazon website is fantastic. I have so little time to go shopping for gifts for family and friends. I can just login, search for the gifts I want and usually have them delivered the very next day. You really cannot fault that!People will tend to login to this and other review sites to complain when they have a bad experience. Those who have a good experience are less likely to take the time to review.I think Amazon is a great web site, offering a huge range of products, incredibly fast delivery and excellent after sales service. I only wish they would apply that business model in full to the many companies they swallow up.
