DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE ECONOMIST. Seriously, really great newspaper but terrible, terrible customer service. I signed up on the 'student deal' which was €20 for 3 months. I terminated the subscription after the 3 months by using the chat option given on their website. The operator confirmed my termination and ensured my refund would be deposited within 5 working days, but I never received a confirmation email. Fast forward couple weeks later, my account has not been terminated, they keep charging me and dont respond to any emails.
