Great customer service they do the right thing

Bought several guitars and sound systems from Guitar Center. It has always been a pleasant experience and have found that it offers the full range of guitar and products at comparable prices to online stores like Sweetwater. What I found was exceptional was the service tech that they have on site. I had a guitar in need of repair. Somehow the guitar got damaged in storage. The guitar tech called me as soon as he discovered the damage and informed me they are sending me a brand new guitar same make and model. No hassle no negotiation required. They just did the right thing. If you are fortunate enough to have a Guitar Center that you can drive to I would not buy anywhere else for products and services. I have also bought from them online and they were great.

Appalling!

The after sales customer service is appalling. Our flight in early May was delayed by 10 hours meaning we lost a full day of our holiday. 8 hours of this was spent in Dubai airport from 2.30am - 10.30am. Not a single seat free so we had to pay for a lounge. We have filled in the online form and the response was they would reply within 60 days. We have heard nothing and online and numerous phone calls have resulted in no help whatsoever. My colleague travelled with BA, similar scenario but was compensated within 2 weeks. Emirates just dont want to know.

Great concept!

I love Ecosia. Such a lovely concept! I hope with a larger amount of users the search engine can improve a bit, sometimes (rarely) I have to use Google to find more specific things. Makes you very trustworthy when you put up the financial statements! It's also nice to follow the projects you do a bit. Very good job, keep up (:Also, I think it would be very cool if (as in Google) when you search for measuring or currency conversation that it would pop up (e.g. you search 10DKK in USD, press enter and then it appears directly on the top of the searches in Ecosia as opposed to having to go into one of the websites and making the conversion yourself, would be neat).Sometimes with pictures as well, a lot of them seem to be somewhat irrelevant to the search.But overall great concept and cool company. Will continue to use and recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE

I dowloaded fifa 22 to steam half a year ago. I have had many problems with is since. But 2 weeks ago i got a new problem. I have now contactet their terrible costumer service 5 times now and they keep om sending me some terrible links that doesent work. Dont ever buy anything from this company and never cantact their costumer service ever. Its the worst custumer service ever. They still havent fixed my problem and now im missing tots nice ea terrible company. I switching to PES 22

Horrible deals that will waste your time at checkout they make all kinds of excuses to not accept the offer they provided me to save on shoes. I had a vip discount card I looked it over several times to be sure that I wasn't missing anything and every shoe I went to checkout with the card was not acceptable I decided to chat with them and they stated all the shoes I chose are not a promotional item when the card clearly states 30 dollars off all brands over 49 dollars or more don't waste your time at dsw

Very bad customer service experience

Very bad customer service experience! I bought a ceiling fan there on 20.06, which was not quite cheap (EUR 199) and had an electrician install it the same day. After trying to figure out for 3 hours why the wings are not moving because the light was working, we came to the realisation that the ceiling fan was not working correctly so I returned it today. Upon returning it and explaining that now I still have to carry the costs for the installation the guy who was working there, who also sold it to me the day before was neither caring, nor professional in any kind of way. If he would have shown any interest in the situation I would have happily replaced it with a new one instead of asking for a refund.

I bought an LG computer from Best Buy - Horrible Exchange Service - the worste

I bought an LG computer from Best Buy. I couldn't make the micorphone or speakers in the computer to work. After 30 minutes on line with their service people in India, they told me to take the computer to a local Best Buy store to rhave them replace the sound and micorphone hardware. I drove 30 minutes to the nearest stores and was told I needed to exchange the computer for a replacement as they couldn't replace the part. I was travelling, so I asked them to have one shipped to New Orleans where I would be. They said they couldn't do that. They told me to call the store in New Orleasn. After 9 phone calls and no response, I called the Geek Squad (India) and finally was able to speak with a servcie agent. He told me the exchange would be made at a store in New Orleans, and he ordered the replacment. He said it would be ready for pick up on the 9th of October and I would receive an email when it was ready to exchange. Today, the 10th, I called them 8 times times. No answer. I went on the Best Buy website and received a message that an agent would be avaiable in 10 minutes. That was an hour and 45 minutes ago. This is not the first time that stores don't answer the phone. I a a Best Buy Total member for which I pay around $189 per year. NEVER AGAIN. No one at their stores has the time or inclination to answer the phone. This includes the store in Avon, Ohio, Stuart, Forida, and Hanrahan, Louisiana. If you need to speak to a person at any of the stores, in my experience the odds are 1 in 20. The Hanarahan store today had a message that my wait time for a person to speak to was 1 hour and 50 minutes. Really?

The hotel listed did not exist when i arrived. The "hotel" didn't email me back while i was standing out side at 10:30 at night. They have yet to email me back after8 attempts and AGODA won't refund my money. It's a SCAM, this "hotel" is not real. AGODA is supporting them, they both make money and I lose a place to stay and $250. I've been told on the phone I would get a refund by AGODA and nothing. The next agent said my call with the previous agent didnt exist. UGH NEVER USE AGODA

I visited years ago and it was lovely, but this time I found the place was being run by a felon and a nazi. Not to mention the pervasive smell of decay and genocide. Probably the worst place on earth if you ask me. Apparently the main shareholders are Russian and Israeli, which is really weird.

Aggressive Pricing Enforcement, Poor Artist Reimbursement

I am extremely proud to say I don't pay for Spotify Premium because the free version has way too many advertisements that make me want to throw my headphones 🎧 at the wall. To some degree I believe music should be a human right. Just like the financial system of Fiat money, Few musicians are doing well. Many thousands more make pennies on the dollar, I'm not paying Spotify to suck away profit they Don't share proportionately with the artists (by percentage of profits, not lump sum) Spotify is robbing Artists who should be paid fairly. It's never ever going to sit well with me they have chosen the path of ruthless authoritarianism and financial dominance over financial democracy - PAY the artists who actually make your app possible, before I pay you.Plus they are raising prices constantly, lots of playlists have been lost, and they keep clamping down on hacked version of Premium, a company that makes north of 1.5 Billion pounds a month, the people "cheating" you are a drop in the ocean and a blip on any radar. What has gone wrong is the Listeners like myself, have given Spotify the Monopoly in terms of winning the streaming wars. If we all seek out a free version of premium (also serving as a much needed advertisement blocker relief valve) we can break their monopoly and demand action that you PAY THE MUSICIANS that use your service. Stop cheating them out and keeping all the subscription money to yourselfAlso I did pay for premium one time. I paid, end of story. If buying isn't owning then pirating premium isn't stealing, I feel no remorse whatsoever. I feel justified in taking my stance. I want my favourite bands and solo artists to reap the rewards, NOT the platform. Work on your double-standards. As for quality, yes Premium is the only way. Started to feel like Free tier is the audible equivalent to a dark and humid abandoned tunnel defaced by graffiti. How wrong is it that the poorest in society have to listen to all the bs they can't afford, while wealthier clients IE those who could actually afford from vendors and businesses, are free from the inconvenience of listening to all the things they can afford.It's ONLY thanks to the hackers, I can tolerate Spotify. I gave up on the free version long ago. Free Spotify?! It's like asking you if you want bread, you say yes and in return all you get is unwanted crusts. Still edible, but it's not bread it's crust. Don't do mental gymnastics with Me by saying "hurry Durr but, but crust comes from bread, technically it's bread, be grateful"That dodging responsibility corporate snake attitude doesn't wash with me. Never had, never will. The butt end of music is not music. I dare you to Call a spade a spade. The Spotify free tier - is the greatest Troll of the 21st century. Nuff said. PAY your artists, Fairly!

bing ads is an information collection racket - stay away or give all fake info

Certainly wish there was a rating lower than one star.I signed up with bing ads the other day just to try it out. I've been using other ad platform with 3 to 8% conversion in sales so I thought maybe I'll try bing ads to see if they are good. Fastforward a few days later, I signed up, gave "all" the information they asked for and you know what they did? They took all that info and then blocked my account - Why you ask? No reason, whatsoever. They just simply said they wanted to and by they I mean the so called "account specialist". They wasted my time for a couple of weeks and then just blocked my account. In case you are wondering, everything about me is clean, nothing illegal, not a single customer complaint, no criminal history, no fraud, nothing.One of the customer care reps told me to make a new account with new information - I mean, seriously? You want to steal more information from me again? Another thing to consider is that even if I did waste another couple of weeks to create the account again, there is a very high risk of them stealing money and closing my account again - so I was smart and told them no thanks.What's even more shameless is the way they keep sending me promo codes asking me to complete my signup to avail the coupon. When I try to do exactly that they block me and then beg me to complete the sign up again.It is very likely that they are running some kind of personal information collection racket.Thankfully they did not get to steal money from my card. But, I believe they were a few people who did experience this shameless scam.PS: I wrote bing ads without the capital "B" on purpose.New/potential customers stay away.
