went to a small town theater located in Antioch, Illinois after purchasing tickets online. Got there and there were no more seats for me and my family, we literally was 3 minutes late. Called fandango customer service and the situation was escalated just to get an email 10 minutes after the call saying they couldn’t refund because the movie had already started. Yeah! I explained the situation the customer service representative had me thinking they would give it some thought after being on the phone almost 10 minutes for nothing. I’m super unhappy and would not recommend using this app, especially if it’s a small theater there is nothing that could be done about this. Not sure who fault it is the theater or fandango for selling tickets that were not available. 😡 My 7 year old is seriously unhappy, we’ve been anticipating this movie all weekend. NEVER AGAIN BOTH THUMBS ARE DOWN FOR THIS APP, THEY WILL SELL TICKETS THATS NOT THERE AND WILL NOT REFUND GIVE CREDIT NONE OF THE ABOVE

They essentially ruined our evening because we were sent the wrong food and had to reorder. The second time, they didn't even show up! Will never buy from them again.Have called several times about a refund but they are inefficient, so they still have our money for food that never showed up!This was from ordering online and delivery from the San Antonio store.
Review of bitdefender
I just completed one year using Bitdefender along with its VPN and another add on program for safe on line transmissions and protection from invasion. Each time I've called with a question, or seeking assistance (I'm 84 and not very computer smart) the technicians I've spoken with at Bitdefender have gone out of their way to assist me, answering and guiding me through any needed fixes, updates, or reinstalls. Really great service

They sent me a check with a promotional rate of 5% that said deposit by 9/30. I deposited it on 9/30, the bank I deposited it to showed it clearing that date. However Wells Fargo said it didn't clear on their end until 10/14 and that I don't get the promo rate, my rate is 10%. Why would you put the date of 9/30 if in reality it needed to be deposited two weeks prior to that?I've contacted customer support three times and denied all three times. This company is so frustrating to deal with. I look forward to ending my business relationship with them.

Been using FREEPIK some years now and they are getting better and better by the moment i must say. only thing that can pull them ahead of the pack is in the VIDEO category. Just as they have template for Illustrator and PSD, i don't mind seeing templates for After Effects or and AI section that can translate TEXT into video. Hope someone is listening or reading comments from this site.. :)
Review of cloudflare
Cloudflare tries to sell you their product as a low treshold and most simple to handle product.Just enter your domain, adjust your name servers and you are ready to go without any downtime.Well... that was not the true situation unfortunately.Our website was offline for almost a day and was reset to the original situation to restore our web presence.The customer service was extremely poor and not willing to help. Even that we had a paid subscription.We only received some standard emails and that was that.Never again!---Today received the response from Cloudflare to my Trustpilot review!11 months later after my review!This very clearly shows how they treat their clients!Hint: Stay far away from Cloudflare!

Atrociously bad organisation. Of absolutely no value. They never ever sent us membership cards and repeated requests to do so met with silence. This organisation (or should that be disorganisation) exists for only one reason - the generation of unbelievable amounts of spam messages. Within a few weeks, I labelled all messages from AARP as spam where they have gone for the last year unseen. If you are an advertiser or partner, I'm pretty sure this is something you would want to know. A totally pointless orgnisation that's now asking me to renew - I cleverly avoided auto-renewal by giving a card number that would expire within the year of membership. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I can't even read posts/feeds anymore due to their auto refresh. Everything disappears. Perhaps they are doing this for more ad revenue, but Facebook keeps getting worse so once it goes to one or zero stars, I'm signing out for good.
