Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I called for help with their Intellispace software only to hear from the rep that without a contract number she was not willing to help me. What a useless company, I'm working at a hospital that bought their software and she refused to look up the information.

I bought a Philips roku Tv recently

I bought a Philips roku Tv recently. It was my first Philips purchase. During the set up I was instructed to put in my email address and I would receive an activation code. No code arrived. I called customer service. It was closed. Apparently it is closed on holidays and weekends. I could not watch the TV without the activation code. Apparently, to Philips, customer service is only available at THEIR convenience. The office was closed and I need to wait until tomorrow to activate my new TV. This is unacceptable.

Horrible service by the philips

Horrible service by the philips, from last 3 months I am asking about the services for my philips tower. They don’t even bother to send anyone. Never buy Philips products because once it will stop working you can’t repair it.

Unreliable and Frustrating Experience with Philips Sonicare Toothbrushes

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Sonic electric toothbrushes that I have purchased over the years and the subsequent customer service- or lack of it. Unfortunately, my experience with these toothbrushes has been consistently frustrating, marked by persistent failures and a lack of satisfactory customer support.From the initial purchase in 2016 to subsequent models bought as gifts and replacements, each Philips Sonicare toothbrush I have owned has encountered significant issues. What is particularly concerning is the recurring pattern where every toothbrush has failed around the two-year mark. These failures include motor malfunctions, loose top sections, reduced cleaning functionality, and a notable decline in power. It is disheartening to see such consistent problems across different models, indicating a larger underlying flaw in their design or quality control.Considering the reputation of Philips as a leading brand in oral care, I had expected their Sonicare toothbrushes to be reliable and long-lasting. However, the reality has been far from this expectation. The consistent failures I have experienced with each toothbrush undermine the brand's claims of excellence and durability.In an attempt to address these issues, I reached out to Philips seeking assistance and resolution. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with complete silence and a lack of acknowledgement from the company. The absence of proper customer support only adds to the disappointment and raises questions about Philips' commitment to addressing customer concerns - as is clear looking at other reviews.Based on my experiences with the persistent faults and the inadequate customer support from Philips, I strongly advise against purchasing their Sonicare toothbrushes and indeed using Philips for any product purchases. The unreliability and consistent failures I have encountered, occurring predictably around the two-year mark, make these toothbrushes an unreliable choice for anyone seeking a dependable oral care product.

Sonicare toothbrush

Amazing. All they asked for was a model and serial number and a couple questions about the problems I had with the toothbrush before sending a new, upgraded version. Great stuff!
