Horrible customer service. I called for help with their Intellispace software only to hear from the rep that without a contract number she was not willing to help me. What a useless company, I'm working at a hospital that bought their software and she refused to look up the information.

Katastrophale Kommunikation seitens komplett unwissender und überforderter Mitarbeiter. Keine Kenntnisse über den Inhalt der eigenen Webseiten. Telefonat wurde beendet, weil der Hinweis darauf, dass diese Nummer für das Thema als Hotline angegeben war, scheinbar ein Affront war. Auch der zweite Anrufversuch brachte lediglich eine allgemeine Email, an die man sich wenden kann. Das stand aber auch schon auf der Website. Dementsprechend ist der komplette telefonische Support überfällig und kann dem durch Fachkräftemangel geplagtem Arbeitsmarkt zur Verfügung gestellt werden. M.E. würde es den Mitarbeitern gut tun, wenn man ihnen täglich immer wieder verdeutlicht, dass sie von den Steuergelder der Anrufer bezahlt werden.

I ordered 2 books and clearly stated my address. I should have received it 29th Sept but I didn't. Then now at 1st Oct I suddenly received a notification that the items are returned to Bol.com. I checked the address but I write it correcly. I am truly disappointed. I will rethink again if I want to buy things from bol.com.

What a waste of time, 4 of us visited Calke Abbey it cost £26.00 to walk round a mud pit just to get in the grounds. The house was closed so we stopped for a bite to eat, the food was awful and very overpriced.We considered joining NT but decided other organisations deserve our support more than this WOKE set up.

I have just been to the boathouse cafe at Stackpole Quay, Pembrokeshire. The cafe did not have one items price displayed. This is totally illegal and quite a con when the queue is so large you are forced to buy after waiting so long. Stay away if you are not prepared to be ripped off. Bring your own unless you are one of the waitrose/Wimbledon army who only add to the problem by not saying anything.... oh its not the done thing!

I cancelled my subscription months ago - it took a lot of arguing with an agent but I insisted o wanted it cancelled . However despite this I was charged again - I contacted the economist again , asked for previous chat transcript which never was provided but was reassured that they would refund me - surprise surprise they haven’t At least I took a screenshot of the chat this time which should help me file a dispute with the credit card company Absolutely dishonest service from the economist - safe to say I will never as much as but one edition of the magazine again
