Is zero stars an option? How about -34,000 stars cuz that’s what wells did to my acct. I transferred money to cover bill pmts I scheduled one day. The nxt day I received a ck for $69,000. I put it in the atm like I do w/all my checks that are too large for mobile banking (but apparently I did this maliciously). The nxt day, my account showed an available balance that included that ck. I then scheduled more bill pmts. I even went to the branch to obtain things like a cashiers ck & money order. They gave them to me because I had the money. One hour later our debit card is declined and I log in to the bank to see we are $103,000 overdrawn!!! First we r told the check was not good and we should call the ppl who sent us the ck. The nxt day it is clarified to us that it is that the signatures don’t match. They don’t when ur dealing w/a trust but when said legal document informs you of anticipated ck & includes it in trust, Wells should’ve honored it like every other ck. But they didn’t and made sure to send us a letter dated by Dec 31, 2020. This way they could write it off to bad debt & they still expect us to pay $34,000 and gave us bk the ck.This bank is a joke! Was a train wreck b4 this happened...bigger train wreck since. DO NOT BANK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ASS RAPED AND TOTALLY SCREWED OVER DURING THE NATIONS 2 biggest holidays! Help me in helping to keep Wells executives from being overpaid!

After using this bank religiously for 5 yrs direct deposits ever since I've been constantly denied a 500 credit card or a secured card to help build my credit. Capital One gave me one that's helping and Chimes made me an offer if I direct deposit into their bank. So I'm seriously considering closing my account because the truth is Wells Fargo hasn't given me a red penny as we watch them make money with other people's money. To top it off a rep files a complaint on my behalf and they follow up with we can't do anything for you. Worst bank ever

Can't even book a flight if their call back system does not work as designed. It called me back 3 x and hung up each time on me. I am presently on hold for an 'estimated' 82 minutes to book a flight. Now I do not even have the option of a [apparently broken] call back system. I guess their time is valuable though not mine. After this fiasco I am also getting rid of both of my rapid rewards card as the points earned has been diminishing over the years to the point of 'what is the point of this'? I guess stock/share holders again are the winners of this crappy airline. It used to be worth it. No clearly a waste of time.
