I purchased a refrigerator almost 1.5 years ago, which since new has been consistently freezing on the left side. I have called numerous times and now apparently they have no record of the previous calls, which means it is considered out of warranty. I can use half of my fridge and they want to charge me $300 to repair. Never again.

I have been buying from Wayfair for many years! The prices are great and so are the representatives! I am very happy with the quantity of everything I have bought and the timely delivery! Unfortunately, my last order October 4th still has not arrived !The wrong item has been sent twice. Now we have to wait for the correct one! It’s been well over a month! We can’t sell our rig without it. Very disappointing to say the least. Waiting several weeks for the wrong item twice during prime season to sell our rig and waiting once again for the third one and I pray it’s right! If not, I’m afraid I’ll have to give up on Wayfair! I’m sure most people would have already.

We booked 3 room with 9 nights for our staff are working in Rugby, they were left home before 5 o'clock to travel almost 140 miles after over 17 hours on feet arrived at the hotel after 10PM and been told, they over booked sent them away also manager will call us tomorrow, no one. Comeback to the following day , the booking it completely cancelled. Staff at the reception is lying, for any reason my booking on IHG account has dissappear together with the confirmation cancellation which was made by this hotel. The hotel management denied , no booking under this name, we received the booking confirmation once it booked. They tried to conceal all evidence as possible by access into booking systems to deleted this.It it shocking that IHG always has been a good reputation, fully staff training, good knowledge, high customer service but unfortunately it does not apply to Holiday Inn Rugby.

Costco.com is terriblethey charged me a purchase that I called to cancel.They expected me to return an item that I never picked up to give me a refund. I talked to multiple cuistomer service representatives over the phone and they were clueless. I will get my credit card to deal with it because I am done with them but I don't recommend the buy online pick up in store for costco!!!

DO NOT USE CLOVER. This "company" has been holding 7,000 in funds due to them being at "risk for chargebacks" even though these transactions are from LIFE LONG CUSTOMERS. They will tell you they cannot find your money, after they take 3 weeks to "approve funding to your account" THEN after jumping through hoops on the phone EVERY MORNING to find out where our money is, NO ONE HAS ANY ANSWERS. It took 3 weeks of phone calls for someone to finally tell us we will not be receiving this money for 60-120 days. WHEN THE FUNDS ARE AT NO RISK FOR BEING CHARGEDBACK. The kicker is that everyone will tell you they cannot speak to other departments on the phone only through email. Can you say scam any louder? Only to let clover know we will be refunding the money back to the customers and running their payments through a different service- AND THE NEXT DAY AFTER WE REFUNDED THE CUSTOMERS TRANSACTIONS THE 7,000 THAT THEY HAD "NO IDEA WHERE IT WAS" MAGICALLY SHOWS UP IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT. This company is nothing but a scam, who will take EVERY opportunity to hold your money with NO REASONS OR EXPLAINATIONS. And no answers as to where it even is. Stay away from this merchant if you want to stay in business.

Useless, unreasonable, bad service!Order number - 986546877Regular customer, ordered some shoes they didn’t fit. I then had to travel with work and was away longer than planned. Order arrived 22nd May, I tried to return my order 20th June within a month and the return had expired. Today I kindly spoke to customer services (Hazel) who basically said nothing she can do to produce a return, can’t help, not policy, she said no to the return despite extenuating circumstances and then ended the chat when I was still typing in an extremely annoying pass aggressive way! When you are a loyal customer and try to return something within a month and contact customer service, you shouldn’t have the chat ended when you are still speaking and resigned nonsense policy. Why would asos staff end a chat with a customer? Please can this be revised so that I can return this order.I hate waste and want to be responsible and return this order. I even said a gift receipt would be fine and she just ended the chat.Really disappointing - please remedy

The agent was speaking over me, had an attitude for no reason, he kept cutting me of and calling me Reem, which is not my name. I eventually told him my name again. He brushed me, and put me on hold for a while. Came back, and called me Reem again. I told him that it's now my second time telling him that my name is not Reem. He then hung up on me. I called back for a supervisor, waited almost an hour. the supervisor said they couldn't process my complaint due to system issues. I called back the next day, I waited a while and this "supervisor" sounded like the same person. He called me Lee (I'm a woman and my name is not Lee) He proceeded to tell me the reason for my call, and when he finally stopped talking I began and he hung up. I think outsourcing customer service to the Philippines was a mistake, the agents have no respect for clients.

Absolutely disgraceful customer services. I’ve been using Google ads for 20 years and it’s getting progressively worse and has recently lost me business due to ads not being approved due to ‘malicious’ software on my website despite me sending proof of no such software using Google’s own software. The fact that most of the comments on here are complaints about their customer service and not one response from them is just about sums them up. They only care about big spending clients and agencies who have their own dedicated account management team and not a bunch of robots in India who simply read off a script. I’m being continually being fobbed off and informed that this issue would be resolved and six months on, nothing.

OMG this website/app is impossible to use, 3 of us tried to list 1 album after 2 hours given up, their help facility takes you round in circles and you will never get to speak with anyone.So after 3 hours of opening an account I have closed it.
