DO NOT USE CLOVER. This "company" has been holding 7,000 in funds due to them being at "risk for chargebacks" even though these transactions are from LIFE LONG CUSTOMERS. They will tell you they cannot find your money, after they take 3 weeks to "approve funding to your account" THEN after jumping through hoops on the phone EVERY MORNING to find out where our money is, NO ONE HAS ANY ANSWERS. It took 3 weeks of phone calls for someone to finally tell us we will not be receiving this money for 60-120 days. WHEN THE FUNDS ARE AT NO RISK FOR BEING CHARGEDBACK. The kicker is that everyone will tell you they cannot speak to other departments on the phone only through email. Can you say scam any louder? Only to let clover know we will be refunding the money back to the customers and running their payments through a different service- AND THE NEXT DAY AFTER WE REFUNDED THE CUSTOMERS TRANSACTIONS THE 7,000 THAT THEY HAD "NO IDEA WHERE IT WAS" MAGICALLY SHOWS UP IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT. This company is nothing but a scam, who will take EVERY opportunity to hold your money with NO REASONS OR EXPLAINATIONS. And no answers as to where it even is. Stay away from this merchant if you want to stay in business.
