We booked 3 room with 9 nights for our staff are working in Rugby, they were left home before 5 o'clock to travel almost 140 miles after over 17 hours on feet arrived at the hotel after 10PM and been told, they over booked sent them away also manager will call us tomorrow, no one. Comeback to the following day , the booking it completely cancelled. Staff at the reception is lying, for any reason my booking on IHG account has dissappear together with the confirmation cancellation which was made by this hotel. The hotel management denied , no booking under this name, we received the booking confirmation once it booked. They tried to conceal all evidence as possible by access into booking systems to deleted this.It it shocking that IHG always has been a good reputation, fully staff training, good knowledge, high customer service but unfortunately it does not apply to Holiday Inn Rugby.
