The rate for our company went up 241.38% from when we first started using Hootsuite 4 year ago!In response to the price increase we finally had to cancel our subscription.I understand increasing our rate each year by a little bit, but this is too much of an increase.Also make sure you 100% want to get Hootsuite as a service, it is almost impossible to get a REFUND once they have your money. The only way to talk to them is through CHAT, you can't call this company at xxx-xxx-xxxx number. Good luck getting help as their tech support will do EVERYTHING in their power to NOT give you a REFUND!Cancelling or pausing their service is extremely difficult as their billing page is is not easy to use. For me it was even worse then trying to call my ISP about my phone plan bad. I don't recommend using this company until they get their pricing model to be more competitive with others on the market, the company allows refunds & tech support allows you to call them.

Supporting ticket touts by allowing the resale of tickets and not providing any refund in replacement, refund and pocketing the money. Lying through PR to ensure no resales, lets hope the wrong people don't get into the concert as in recent incidents!

I am another long-term card user having a terrible experience. Our entire family uploaded multiple personal ID documents well in advance of deadlines and we received “all OK” emails. Weeks later got a random text from the US saying “account suspended”. No reason. Hours with customer service. Useless. No mention of the suspension when I log on to account. The situation seems hopeless. Tragic decline for what used to be a very good service. They are lost, we are pissed off and other cards simply get all the business.

It looks like someone from the US was on my account in the early hours of a Saturday morning! Surely they must realise it wasn’t me! I’ve lost all my pictures that was on there !!! What a pain in the backside that this has happened and no one to speak to to sort it out!!!!!! I have been on here for years and am disgusted at how this has happened!

I can’t withdraw my cash. I do business with 3 different banks and crypto.Com can’t link to any of the three. They say, “open an account with another bank that works with Plaid.” I did. That’s the 3rd bank. The WILL NOT mail a check to me. Only transfers allowed to certain banks. A TOTAL RIP-OFF. They offer no assistance at all.
