Your are murderers! You followed, and taunted Louie and his 2 well behaved dogs! Then you go onto murder the 2 dogs in cold blood to which they didn’t die quickly! They suffered! And to do this in broad daylight with people watching and to the millions that watched that awful barbaric act! not to mention how much damage you have done to peoples mental health! You should be ashamed of yourselves,you should be struck off and trialed for murder and animal abuse! You have completely lost the trust in the people as police officers who are sworn to protect!
