Total Ripoff!I got a fraudulent bill for "streaming media services". My bank couldn't contact them and when I called directly they reversed two bills that they had sent. Account shutdown and new credit card issued to totally kill the transaction. I just got two probing bills -- $1.95 and $4.95 -- two days apart on a debit card that was used for parking at the U of Colorado Metro State Campus. The probes were defeated because I caught them while still pending. These guys high jack your account and the "streaming service" they claim to deliver doesn't exist.

I booked a flight via Kayak thru Chat Deal on SAS. Chat Deal incorrectly put my business name on the ticket, picking it up from the credit card, instead of my name which I had properly filled out on their form and proofed it carefully at checkout. That took an act of God to correct. Then, unfortunately, I failed my covid test and couldn't board the flight to Sweden from Maimi. SAS stated I had to go thru the booking service for credit. Chat Deal was horrible to deal with and offered no help. They said my only option was to re-book. The problem with that is my trip was for a business meeting. I have no reason to fly to Sweden again as this was a one-time thing. Chat Deal had no interest in trying to resolve my issue. They say phone calls are monitored for quality purposes? Then listen to my recorded call and judge for yourself if you want to use them. I like Kayak as a search engine, but they should remove Chat Deal from their roster of booking providers.

When I booked our flight to Alaska and back I specifically told the person booking the flight that I was on oxygen and had approval for the batteries and that my wife and I required wheelchairs. The wheel chairs weren't on our tickets and he booked us coming and going from Atlanta to Seattle in the emergency exit row. The attendant in Atlanta was able to get our seats corrected. However when we checked in at Fairbanks we were moved to three (there was three of us traveling together) different seats about four rows apart. In Seattle they were able to get two of us together and my sister in law had to sit 8 rows ahead odf us. Had the person assigning the seating had listened this could have been prevented and a frustrating situation avoided.

Place an order worth about $300.00 Temu separated the the order into two separate orders . I’m so upset that I only received partial of my order and the other part they claim was delivered which it wasn’t delivered. I contacted the delivery company they said I have to wait 48 hours and then call them back I did that but they were of no help I contacted Temu and told them the issue and they are refusing to reship my items. So I said ok I’d like a refund and they are refusing to give me either or . They are thieves who steal peoples money with out giving you your items you purchased !! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVING FREE MONEY AWAY !!

Do not order from them. Ordered 2 pairs of crocs and then they sent me 2 different crocs and different sizes. Then they tell me to keep the crocs and refund me 10%. It took forever to recieve the crocs to begin with and now I'm stuck with wrong purchase

Rubbish customer service- eventually said they would send again, apparently lost all the shipping information. Still no item. Said they would refund and still not received that and they have sent no correspondence every time I ask where my refund is.
