The customer support is a Joke. I got hacked and lost all my players, ea say they Will help me, took 10 days for a answer, the support then didnt solve my case but instead only reset my password. I sent in my case agian , after 5 days more team of the year was almost Done, so i asked a friend if i can borrow some coins , he have it to me (player auction) and then now ea say they wont do a thing about my players. Also i waited 15 + days for this . Worst customer support i ever had.

Apparently if you buy an Apple Watch with installment plan then you also have to pay for the watch to have a phone number for your calls/texts to come through and if you try to cancel the watch phone plan (not the installment payments) then they bill you for all of your remaining installment payments at once as well.

I bought a PHILIPS Aqua Trio 9000 vacuum cleaner 10 months ago. In the last month, the brush on its head has been falling off. The service representative said that the head needed to be changed. However, the head was out of warranty. I learned that only the motor of the vacuum cleaner was under warranty. However, everywhere it says 2 years warranty. Philips Turkey is deceiving the consumer by saying there is a 2-year warranty.

The met office have just ONE job to to and they can't get that right. Todays forecast has changed yet again. If I got even 10% of my work so wrong I would be out of business. For Barrow their results are worse than 50:50. I have planned an outside job based on their sunny forecast for 5 days, and at the last minute oh sorry its going to rain. I will still go to do the work armed with some hastily prepared cover sheets for tools and timber. And I will get 100% customer satisfaction. Maybe they should invest in new tech or staff ....

I would give 0 stars if that were an option.I purchased an item that was delayed, so I immediately contacted customer service to cancel it. The item was supposed to be a gift, and since it wouldn’t arrive on time, I no longer needed it. I canceled the order before it was shipped, and customer service confirmed the cancellation, assuring me I would receive a refund within 3 days.Instead, I received the order anyway. I contacted customer service again and spoke to 4 different people, none of whom helped me. To make matters worse, they kept cutting off the chat or call on purpose.Honestly, the customer service is terrible—there’s no service at all. And they have no strategy to handle complaints, and I’m now stuck with an order.

I signed up for Venmo as a way to accept donations to my favorite charity from friends and family. I received a nice donation of $800 and then used my Venmo card to give this money to my charity. Simple, right? The money went through, thank goodness, only to have my Venmo account “temporarily frozen” and subsequently canceled by Venmo for violating terms and service agreement? What?

I received an email Saturday saying I changed my username. So I clicked the link in the email because it was not me. After going in circles with the “Support site” I get to the live chat and it just sits at a loading screen. It has now been two hours on hold on the phone and still going. I expected way more from a name like Sony.
