I would give 0 stars if that were an option.I purchased an item that was delayed, so I immediately contacted customer service to cancel it. The item was supposed to be a gift, and since it wouldn’t arrive on time, I no longer needed it. I canceled the order before it was shipped, and customer service confirmed the cancellation, assuring me I would receive a refund within 3 days.Instead, I received the order anyway. I contacted customer service again and spoke to 4 different people, none of whom helped me. To make matters worse, they kept cutting off the chat or call on purpose.Honestly, the customer service is terrible—there’s no service at all. And they have no strategy to handle complaints, and I’m now stuck with an order.
