As I use Uber from time to time I didn’t pay attention to the all the information they send.End of June I found out that there is since January every month 6,99€ taken from my maestro card.Not having any knowledge of that I asked them why? They keep answering next to the question, payed me one month back but not the right som 6,19€ instead 6,99.And the rest is not possible? Not aware what I have been paying for, I pay my taxi when I need one I have been sponsoring this fake company.I want a refund!

I love this app! I get to listen to so many audiobooks during a month. They don't have everything, but it does save me money from having to purchase all of the ones I want to read through audible. One month is less that 1 credit with the other company. Loving it! Won't be leaving anytime soon.

TERRIBLE!! I can't tell you how many times they have offer a gift with purchase that is never available. I have spent hours putting together an order and they do NOT accept or give what they say they will on the website. I am done wasting my my time for nothing. I will never shop here agian!!!!!!!

Have purchased previous items from Macy's with no issues before. I purchased a Credenza last month that was almost $1500. Came damaged with missing pieces. I contacted them the following morning and let them know. Was told that I should just go out and purchase the missing parts (screws etc) and hope that they would fit and not damage the existing unit. OK. Was told I would need to wait about the damaged parts. Well 4 weeks on, numerous calls, (customer service rep was really rude by the way) emails, tweets to them and heard nothing back. Currently have had to open a dispute with my credit card company (amex) and they have fully refunded the cost of the unit. They have until the beginning of September to reach out to me and resolve this issue per Amex or I guess i'll end up with a free damaged $1500 Credenza. I understand in the times of Covid everything is slow, but a month to resolve my issue is more than enough time.

After four months my Lenovo laptop touch screen decided not to work and some black patches appears on screen instead of white. I contacted Lenovo support and booked a service. After 10 days, the unit returned from service in same condition less the charger. I called the center and spoke with a person explaining what happened. after one week with no contact from them I called again and spoke with another person which promised to escalate the issue. I organised a call back from them, they called but let the phone to ring just once. Another week later I have no reply or contact from them. I am now stuck with a laptop I cannot charge and does not work the way it should.This is very appalling service.

We are on the free plan. After six months, we believe it is a quite simple tool to use, considering its size and structural complexity. As an add-on to the community-based support, a second-level ticket-based staff support would have been welcome. (This is available for the paid plans.) This subtracts one star from an otherwise five-star rating.Recommended.

I’ve had many of their products secured credit card(which they did close because of a returned payment, and even though when that did happen I always paid it again right away it was usually me just forgetting to move money into my checking account from savings prior to the autopay coming out, but they still closed it without any chance to re-open) then they set me up on a payment arrangement to pay the balance on my credit card that remained after closing and they made it seem like they were helping me out and this would be a good thing, well come to find out they still have it listed as a “late payment account” “derogatory account” and it has not helped my credit at all! But after reading some of these reviews I see they do often, deception and snake like behavior at its finest. I also currently have their checking and savings accounts which ive had a better experience with, which is why I’m giving a 3 star but my issue is why if I’ve been a customer for over 2 years with constant employer direct deposits are you putting a 1 week hold on an 845$ check I deposited insinuating that my account has been shady or has had shady business. They pulled that one out of their *** for sure.

It’s hard to believe that a giant like Google.. needs to try and fool business owners to try to get them to spend more money with them… My web sites tell me within milliseconds that someone is on one of my web sites- and also how long they spend on it! it’s incredible that someone from Montreal , California, Ukerain or Saudi Arabia, would ever click on a website of a printer in Belfast! and spend less than 1 second on my web site. Google quite obviously have robots clicking in thousands of sites per second- in order that they can then send me the stats that so many hundred people clicked on my site… due to Google search- I’m so disappointed in Google!
