We are a small business who was approached to advertise in Vogue, it sounded really good but we had reservations in terms of sales and how much it would generate. I know there’s some kudos in being associated with them but actually thousands of businesses have advertised so it’s not a unique opportunity anymore. After spending thousands (as a small business that’s a big outlay) on direct and digital we received no return on our investment. We spoke to other businesses and they didn’t either. Its terrible for a small business to waste that sort of money. I just wanted to pre-warn other businesses, it’s much better to invest in ppc, influencer marketing or anything that will get you a good return.

It seems like there are some bad reviews having to do with their billing. I haven't run into this problem, but hopefully if it is a problem, its something they'll fix. Nevertheless, I've enjoyed Scribd. I think $9.99/mo. for such a wide variety to titles is an excellent deal, especially compared to Audible which is north of $12/mo., only offers audiobooks and still makes you pay for them after you use your 1 monthly credit. For people who read more than 1 book a month and enjoy both physically reading (on a Kindle or Ipad) and listening to audiobooks, Scribd is a good choice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. FAILED TO COMPLY WITH UK SAFETY RECALL. Bought an electric M365 scooter, a notice came out that my scooter was of a series that was Unsafe to ride and a safety recall was issued by the government. They said they would collect it, repair it and delivery it back BUT if absolutely ANY phisical damage of any kind existed in the scooter, they would send me a quote for its repair and return delivery AND IF I DIDNT PAY IT THEY WOULD NOT RETURN THE SCOOTER TO ME. They told me that this included even a tire puncture! I have this in writing. I explained that I didn't need anything extra repaired, that this was a safety recall, and that under UK trading standards it had to be done at no cost to me. They said they could not just do the safety repair, that the presence of any other phisical damage would need to be paid. I ended up NOT sending them the scooter and now I have a faulty product as they would not agree to deal with the safety recall in a guaranteed free of charge manner. Disgusting customer service. Save yourself some grief and buy from a manufacturer that abides by UK law.

Ordered 2 books from Lonely Planet. Waited over a week (despite paying for first class delivery at an extortionate £6 with no tracking) before contacting customer services. They assured me the products will have been dispatched and to continue waiting although they couldn't confirm with the warehouse as couldnt find the information, not the greatest of help.... Then out of the blue they sent me a refund (even though I didn't request one). The books still never arrived so clearly had not been dispatched like they originally stated. Will never shop with again.

Why so many 1 Stars?Sheesh! There are lots of bad reviews here!I signed up a month ago and found Klaviyo far superior to the other four platforms I used in the past. Lucas Reymond was fantastic at helping me get my account warmed up. The live chat has been a lifesaver; I've been using it for over an hour every day for the last three weeks. Every other app I use on Shopify works with Klaviyo, so I no longer have to use annoying Zapier.

I signed up with this company a year ago but didn’t find their software very helpful or necessary for my applications. So I just left it thinking it was a loss. However I did not know they activate an automatic renewal to your subscription and now a payment went off that I was not expecting. When I tried to access my account to cancel, it is very complicated and I couldn’t get it right. They explain how to cancel on the FAQ page but when I attempted their steps it didn’t work. No way to cancel. It seems no hope of a refund either. You can’t even speak to someone as their support page is just a list of FAQ. Definitely do not recommend! This company is a scam and potentially dangerous to give them your passwords when they operate so unethically!

Better sleep advertises a 7 day free trial but you must give your credit card in the event you want to continue after the free trial period. I installed the app and within 12 hours cancelled my subscription and now they are telling me that the 7 day free trial is only for certain features. What a crock of BS. Don’t download this app! They are a scam.

Ebay is the biggest rip offs in the world. You can't reach a real person to discuss an issue. I advertised a set of speakers for sale for $1050 and sold them for $950. When I cleaned the speakers for shipping I notice a tear in my Tweeter. I informed the buyer that I was ordering a replacement. Upon replacing the tweeter the housing on the cover got a small tear and I sent pictures to the buyer about the tear. He indicated he did not want the speakers and I agreed. Ebay charged me $192 for the cancellation. When Ebay sells a product they charge both the seller $20% and the buyer about 15%. Double dipping right. I was notified of the charge but had no choice to pay it. Stay the hell away from Ebay. The worst part was I could not talk to a human on AI robots.

Contacted Capital One to order a replacement credit card. Representative that answered was short and almost rude. When I asked to speak with a supervisor he said he was the supervisor and then started questioning me about being out of the country stating I could not have an account if I was residing out of the country. After that conversation he cancelled my bank card instead of credit card which he failed to confirm the numbers on. So now I'm without both a bank card and credit card after his mistakes. Also, I just made a transfer of $100 from capitalone to PayPal.. it took 4 days. A transaction with my other banks would be same day or overnight.

Salon has gone down hill since Robbie left there is no structure and seems no one knows what is going on I had an appt (Even got a message in my email as a reminder) When I called to confirm no one knew anything and were not willing to help. This is the worst service I have EVER had at Ulta. I gave a 2 because the cashiers are great up front but if I could give a - minus it would go to the salon

I'm never going there again. They try to make you feel like cr*p when you say no to their credit card at checkout. They say, "are you sure?" with an incredibly condescending tone and judgmental attitude. Then when you say "no" again (which you shouldn't have to because now it feels like they're badgering you) they say (in a super judgmental tone) "okaaaay, if you say so". OMG. I should have just left my stuff on the counter and walked out. You can tell they are desperate for people to sign up for their credit card and they probably pay their sales people money when they can coerce someone into appying for the credit cared. My daughter was actually coerced into applying because hey hid the truth when they're trying to sell you on the credit card by telling you that you'll save $x dollars if you apply, not $x dollars if you get *approved*. They should tell the truth and not lie to people, especially impressionable young ladies who care about other people.
