This company is absolutely horrible!They charge crazy amount of fees and mlney for everything.I'm on a ruby plan and my card stopped working.I have asked if they could replace it since it stopped working without me doing anything and they asked me £50 for that!!Imagine £50 ONLY to get a card replacement which was not even my fault. Either way is just unbelievable to ask £50 for a card replacement!I will take all my faund out and will never dral with them anymore!Please STAY AWAY!

Shocking company. Use Google Forms. This is daylight robbery. They don't tell you that they will allow you to see only 40 responses (used to be 100) until you've done the survey. Then they expect you to pay for a year in advance to get access! Disgraceful.

WARNING! Lucidcharts is a SCAM! As a student I decided to use their "Fee 7 day trial" for a project. Checking my e-mail a couple of days later there is one titled "your plan as changed", and they had decided to put me on an >AU$500 plan due in only a few days!! I NEVER signed up for that! If I had not checked my e-mail my bank account would have nearly been wiped out. I immediately cancelled this "plan" and "fee trial" (my ass!) and sent an e-mail demanding them to desist. Hopefully I will escape them stealing from me as has clearly happened to others here, but I'm sickened to think such a bunch of crooks now have my bank details. Should have googled it all before :(Stay safe out there guys, there are scammers like this everywhere.

PayPal works kinda decent but their customer service ruined it for me. If you have any issues with payments expect to wait a long time and be given rude service along with feeling unvalued as a customer. I had PayPal for over ten years and I ran into a payment issue with a suspicious user reporting me and they were terrible about it leaving me out in the cold and closing my account. Was terrible and I don’t like writing bad reviews but PayPal needs to go.

Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach, an IHG HotelThis is a review on "Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach, an IHG Hotel" - not on IHG in general.WiFi dropped out several times per minute.The floor in the bathroom was wet, getting me wet feet upon entering the first time.The doors were locked upon entrance, but luckily someone cleaning inside saw me trying to open the doors (2 AM, late flight).Painfully expensive: 1369 euros for three days.I rated them 4/10 on Booking.com. Then a certain Mr. Lee Ben Moshe contacted me. He offered me money in exchange for improving my rating to at least 8/10. Excuse me?I contacted the property five times by e-mail to get an invoice for my stay. Zero response. I then contacted IHG via Facebook. They were professional and quick to answer. The following day, I was provided with an invoice for use of the refrigerator, 12.51 USD.Update:After telling them, I was going further lower my rating on Booking.com, I did receive the requested invoice. I will be contacting Booking.com on how reviews are manipulated, apparently.

Ordered a metal gardening sieve (cost £14) which didn't turn up so had to go and buy one from B and Q. Amazon order arrived later so arranged Royal Mail pickup through Amazon app to return it. Royal Mail tracking showed return was delivered. No refund. Complained to Amazon who told me I had not bought it off them it was from a 3rd party. Absolutely useless Custoner Service.
