Absolute worst customer service ever. I have spent hours on the phone with them, I have been transferred to multiple Indians, Pakistanis, and god knows what other nationalities to no avail. I am done dealing with those cretins and I will take my business somewhere else. I have been with them for over 10 years. I guess they really do not care for their customers. They convinced me to change my old service with the new Internet Air. Well, it does not work. They also refuse to send tech to install it because they say it is child play. Now they will not take back their new machine that does not work, while disconnecting my old one that was working just fine. I am left with no internet, and zero help from ATT. But I bet they will keep sending me bills. Oh well, Spectrum Internet, here I come. You just gained a new customer by default.

Sold at Costco, was told by ATT Retail that the Costco "contractors" were a scam, increased plan cost, botched transfer from Xfinity in the retail store (assigned phone number to an apple watch), other botched transfer issues, cancelled service after 4 days ("buyer's remorse") and in took 25 hours of phone calls (plus one hour waiting for a store manager to leave and go to lunch only to have him tell me to call "Customer Retention") over five months to stop getting billed for services. I was supposed to get almost $800 in credits but only got $540 (approximately) of them processed. Multiple promises that they would provide credits and correspondence. I think my experience with them is over, after the put me in collections for $38.77 because I told my credit card company to stop paying their bills (after not having their services for several months). They charge the $38.77 for my autopay being rejected! I finally paid the $38.77 because it was less "costly" than spending another two hours on hold and with ATT Biling rep tell me that his manager had to call me back withing 48 hours!

Better Price refund had absurd conditions once you try to use it. I arrived in Montreal today and quickly booked a hotel based on almost 1000 reviews. Not only were they deceptive because lobby and elevator were absolutely disgusting and the building tore it and falling apart, but the room was smelly, even if it looked decent on the surface. Put the refund issue in this contacts that I had immediately looked at other options after I booked because I had some time to waste before I could check in and lo and behold. I found a much better price. When I tried to reclaim the better price option I discover that , one has to file it the day before checks in, which means I would have to be able to time travel and know what I did in the future before I had done it. Utter BS policy. I won’t use Agoda again

There is no service to review - there is literally nobody there to provide a service at all. You get 14 days to request a refund and there's not been anyone there between Christmas Day when I purchased FC24 and Jan 8th. The game took 6 hours and a clean 1TB usb to download and then it didn't work, so refund? Ho Ho Ho. Now mid Jan and still trying to get through to the online bot-chat. I've been cut off twice after queuing for 40 mins

Customer service from American Express UK has always been so competent and helpful. It’s easy to see call numbers and when my bag was stolen I easily reached someone at 5am who was so supportive and helpful. So much better than other credit cards like HSBC

It's an Illusion they present to you. It looks great from the outside looking in. And unfortunately, the staff can be dishonest when you first start. There is one girl with short hair at the front desk that was so miserable. You don't find the truth until you arrive and can get targeted and harassed by managers and staff and it's okay. They won't do anything. So much disgusting behavior in the Atlanta Salesforce office. Great amenities and snacks. Decent pay. But if you want to feel supported don't work there. To be fair, your experience will be determined by the type of manager you have.

I bought a window air conditioner with WiFi support. The air conditioner worked fine. I made more than 10 calls trying to get the WiFi linked, each lasting at LEAST 15 minutes, and ended up figuring it out for myself. NONE of the representatives seemed to have any idea what was going on, but that's not surprising because every single one of them spoke heavily accented English.I worked in customer service for years myself, and I'm very good with accents, but I was only getting about 50% of what they said, and I suspect the obverse was true too.If you're serving an English-speaking clientele (United States), then your reps should speak the language. It's not racist, it's just common sense.

We are disappointed with our LG customer service. As it so happens, our newer washing machine broke weeks before the new owners of our home took over. The part was discontinued, with this piece not to be found anywhere in North America, and the LG technician could not do anything for us. LG would not give us a credit towards a new machine, nor would they work with us to help find a solution.When it comes to customer service, LG falls short. How disappointing because the measure of a company is not necessarily in the quality of the products, but in the quality of the service. We were left high and dry, and not listened to. It reminds of the anonymous quote, "no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care." LG falls short and I would not purchase any of their products because of this very important inept service.
