Absolute worst customer service ever

Absolute worst customer service ever. I have spent hours on the phone with them, I have been transferred to multiple Indians, Pakistanis, and god knows what other nationalities to no avail. I am done dealing with those cretins and I will take my business somewhere else. I have been with them for over 10 years. I guess they really do not care for their customers. They convinced me to change my old service with the new Internet Air. Well, it does not work. They also refuse to send tech to install it because they say it is child play. Now they will not take back their new machine that does not work, while disconnecting my old one that was working just fine. I am left with no internet, and zero help from ATT. But I bet they will keep sending me bills. Oh well, Spectrum Internet, here I come. You just gained a new customer by default.
