Review of victoriassecret
the US Victoria secret were just wonderful and so nice and helpful. the design and make of their bras were by far better fitting and lasting. since the UK took over its a disgrace. the make of the bras is reduced of size and fitting badly.front fastening weak and unreliable etc. etc. i have bras former US far far better and UK now. or though it seems to be the same suppliers. the UK have reduced and tried to cut corner to try to make bras a poor fitting. size and fabrication...BAD....LOTS OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING SINCE THEN....quality. and service going down.....

I am so overwhelmed at the great service I received today from Jamie and Paddy on Monday. I dont think I have ever met someone who not only had the ability to solve my issue today, but was so helpful and went above and beyond what was asked of them to make sure I got sorted.Despite quite a few issues including telephone connection problems, he was patient and never give up until he had got our office back up running and sage connected again.Honestly, I am so impressed with the level of service received today. Well done and thanks again Jamie and Paddy.

Review of kobo
I purchased my first Kobo around 10 years ago and have updated a number of times and my husband and daughter in law also have one now. They are easy to use and so convenient to take with you. The company are great to deal with and anything you order comes quickly. I could not use any other ereader and would highly recommend these products. Very satisfied customer!!

One of the worst hotels I have ever stay at. Under renovation when we stayed. Dusty, very dangerous in stairs with their construction materials on the landings of stairs. Had to use stair when the fire alarm went off. Stood outside in the rain in pajamas waiting for fire department to arrive. After waiting more than 15 minutes with the rest of customers we went back in to find out it was a false alarm. No one from hotel even told us the alarm was false. I will stay at another IHG hotels ever again. The owners of some of these hotels don’t give a damn about their customers. I have more complaints about this hotel, but what’s the use.

ASOS used to be one of my favourite go to shops but now you have to spend so much time scrolling through the same stock that they haven’t been able to sell since probably Covid. Also, whilst I understand that there are always those customers who take the mick when it comes to returns (wearing clothes and returning them or purposely ordering too much stock) instead of targeting these individuals they have now put a blanket fee on everyone of charging them if they don’t keep at least £40 of their order. So for example, I have just ordered some trainers. I always buy the same brand, however, even in this brand my size ranges depending on how the manufacturer has made the shoe. My feet size do not change, I am a fully grown adult. Yet, they have only let me order one size and now if I need to return them for another size they will charge me the £3.95 as I haven’t kept at least £40 or the delivery. Therefore ASOS, you cannot state that returns are free because it now isn’t when you need to return an item. Your biggest competition is now the likes of Temu and Shein who do not charge for returns.

Review of facebook
If I could give -5 I would. I've had a personal account for over 10 years and created a business account from that profile a few years ago. Recently, I recieved notifications that my personal account was in violation of Facebook's policy and I will need to verify my identity or my account will be disabled. This was odd as there was no link to the specific post in question. Furthermore, why would I need to verify my identity? Lastly, the notification seemed to be from another account. My account is now disabled but my business account is still active. However, I am unable to access that account or make changes given how the account was created. I've spent hours trying to get assistance but there's no direct or live customer service reps available. Instead they have articles for various issues but, none for this problem exists. As a result, I initiated a Google search for a contact number which led me to someone who wanted to remotely access my phone to install software under the pretence of checking for bugs. I also found a way to submit a dispute which resulted in zero response. Lastly, I have searched on you tube and found that a newsroom did a story on someone who encountered the same issue. They were also unsuccessful in making contact or receiving information for that individual. At that point I lost hope, especially since at that point I have spent hours, days, and weeks trying to get to a resolution. How is this type of operation even possible? But, I hope Facebook/Meta will improve this basic expectation in its business. Now, I have to accept the fact that I need move on from Facebook, knowing that my business will forever be affected unless I start all over by creating a new account and updating all other accounts and website after having built a reputation over five years.
Review of xbox
I have paid for a game that I cannot possibly play, so I requested a refund right afterwards. They approved my refund request in a few days, but even after 5 weeks I still haven’t received the refund yet. I cannot play the game anymore even if I wanted to and my money is still not paid back. I have tried to find customer support but no, apparently it practically doesn’t exist: the email is non-existent and no one ever answers if I try to call their service phone number. I am extremely disappointed and very mad about the situation.

Review of freshbooks
I love Freshbooks. I've been a user for several years now and I gladly recommend it to friends and colleagues. It is so much easier to use than Quick Books--so easy to collect expenses and produce reports. I recently switched to the new improved Freshbooks and the only thing I don't like is that it seem PayPal is not supported as payment. A lot of my clients are small businesses and they would use PayPal to pay. Otherwise, I love it!
