Suspended without any warning after 2 years of subscriptions and paying for a private IP address. Suspended just after paying for another months subscription. Claim that we have not followed the "terms of service" but we have followed the exact same procedure for 2 years. We clean our database after every mailing, we send to opted in subscribers, we do not send spam , we have no hard bounces. Absolute con to do this straight after taking payment and just as the holidays start so we cant get an explanation or response

I phone up and complain and they listen but never have I had any one else from Amazon come back to me to take it further. It is disgraceful as Amazon just don't seem to care. I been with aweber for a long time, not only that I also referred others to use Aweber. So when I purchased a new online software, the online software wanted for me to get the user id and api secret key. Not a big issue for normal Autoresponder Services to get. Yet aweber semantics and customer care didn't want to budge nor be supportive, so they sent me back to the Software Company that I needed the Integration details for, telling me it isn't their responsibility. The other Company told me to go back to aweber and ask to open a developer account to create those details I need or have them do it for me. Aweber again didn't do either, nor where they helpful. I closed all my Accounts including my Affiliation with them and won't be going back to them for sure, no matter how much marketing they do!!!!!

I travel the world, both personally and professionally. Agoda was unhelpful and their chat alone was seven hours and several agents to never resolve my issue. Due to an error. They accepted responsibility for they advised me I’d be granted a discount at my hotel once I arrived. I paid the hotel directly as requested. Agoda also changed me for the same nights. I was double built submitted all the proof they responded. It wasn’t adequate, even though I had bank statements, indicating it was charged both from the site and directly from the hotel. My issue was never resolved.

We last visited London 2 years ago and saved our Oyster cards which we had to keep as they no longer have refunds for them, we then took them to London again last week to use them only to find they had been blocked from being useable and we could no longer return them for our original deposit either so had to buy another two Oyster cards, we tried calling the number on them as we were told and could not even get through to a human to unblock them, absolutely useless service and pointless system for those who are only visiting London for a short period.

I just attempted to cancel an order that I placed at 3 hours ago on Target.com. I was amazed to find out that when an order is preparing to ship it is unable to be canceled, despite Target being the company preparing to ship the item. Instead, I should wait for an email saying that my order has shipped and then call the company back to cancel it. It's a narrow window and there is no estimate of timeline. Why is this the process? It is both frustrating and environmentally unsound.

A site of political bias and wannabes I've been knitting and crocheting for 51 years and while the pattern database was nice, the people leave a lot to be desired. Censorship and bigots in sheep's clothing isn't for me.

A once AWESOME platform is now going down hill. Sadly, I've experienced more technical issues, set backs, and problems that have caused my business to lose money over the last 3 days than my entire lifetime on every other platform combined. I am actively seeking a JotForm alternative. Oh, and there's no way to call technical support. Icing on the cake. Email/forum only, which is rarely helpful. I've read some of the other 2 and 1 star reviews on here and it's somewhat comforting to know that I am not the only one experiencing these issues, but it doesn't help the fact that my business loses money every time JotForm fails, which is daily. Also, the JotForm Status page, which shows their uptime as 99-100% is very misleading. There are times where downtime in confirmed, and it never shows on their status page. If you scroll down to the HIPAA section, you can see the 24 line graph shows downtime regularly. Anyway, if you are considering JotForm, I'd first strongly consider all of your alternatives. I wish I didn't have my entire business built on this platform already, because it would make switching so much easier. I am in the process of switching platforms though. I've sent in more unresolved support "tickets" this week than I've ever sent in my entire life for every tech platform I've ever used ever.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a Matildas jersey as a Christmas present. Jersey sent from Panama - but was for the Dutch women's team. They have at least acknowledged that it needs to be returned/refunded though have "system" issues with generating the return label. They want an identity document to create one (I've never needed an identity document to order or post anything in my life so not about to start now). Other info they have already.0.5 star for sending a jersey on time, 0.5 star for getting the size right. Everything else is a shambles. Have found a Matildas jersey elsewhere (which has arrived) and have everything crossed the bank can sort this hot mess out.

I get constant nuisance communications from companies on my gmail account, the senders being given my personal details, I assume by google. It is impossible to stop this happening for someone that is only moderately tec savvy. The government appear to pander to big business at the expense of protecting the public from this form of non compliance of data protection that they should be responsible for controlling. I also note that google do not respond to legitimate complaints posted on trust pilot and other review sites which I suppose sums up the arrogant contemptuous way they fail to value their customers that provide their vast income. .
