I travel the world, both personally and professionally. Agoda was unhelpful and their chat alone was seven hours and several agents to never resolve my issue. Due to an error. They accepted responsibility for they advised me I’d be granted a discount at my hotel once I arrived. I paid the hotel directly as requested. Agoda also changed me for the same nights. I was double built submitted all the proof they responded. It wasn’t adequate, even though I had bank statements, indicating it was charged both from the site and directly from the hotel. My issue was never resolved.
