If I could use a 0 Star rating I would. Do not use Crypto dot Com. Customer service is an automated bunch of policy quotes and no real member of the staff has any authority to really look into the account and affect a resolution. I send a deposit on the 10th Oce, itc cleared and was setlled on the 12th Oct and when I tried a few trades and decided to get my money back there sytem refuses to let me get it back saying " You cannot withdraw funds because your account balance is pending. It takes up to 7 business days for deposited funds to settle." Well based on that statement alone in the prompt of there own software and the fact I have proof the funds settled on the 12th I reached out to support and they keep telling me the same rules thing even when their own prompt says otherwise. I ask for someone to verify my funds setll4d and even sent them pictures from the bank showing date and time it settled and they still refuse to release my funds or even investigate the funds did settle. I have spend hours and hours with bots and people from around the world who have no access to the actual system and all they do is quote pre written relys and cannot reach an actual hi=uman manager. This is false advertising of service, this is denying access to ones own money, this is also making money for them by holding cunsotmers funds without permission. I was told today by there own staff member Rory that I could get my funds out in a few hours or at least at the end of the business day and that was a lie. Then the next person came on and again spat out some pre written crap and no one has got a manager to fix this. If customer service is important to you, if feeling safe about your money and investments is important to you then DO NOT USE CRYPTO dor COM.UPDATE: 18 Oct 10:00Krista reached out in an email and stated our standard complaints hadnling team timeframe was within 15 days. I responded then Krista replied now stating a final reply will happen in the next few days. I responded again and with each response I point out there app prompt on withdrawl attempts is false, misleading and a lie and again prove my deposits have cleared on the 12th then the next reply I got from Krista is we will have a final reply as soon as possible. It appears that the statements made by staff are not inline with the app and it is misleading to say the least. I tried again to withdraw my money and still no action from Crypto dot ComUPDATE: 18 Oct 17;30No further response at the close of business today and no release of funds that were settled on 12 Oct 2023.

No communication

Hey, I wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account with Crypto.com I'm a holder of a green card and I have been their customer for almost two years. The first time I had to open a customer case, their attitude towards customers became clear to me. My guess it that they do not employ enough people, as you get a lot of messages from their AI BOT. It's been three weeks before I actually received the response to my query. When I tried to follow up via the app chat after two weeks, they notified me that I'm duplication an open case and closed the chat. Three weeks later and I'm finally talking to someone but I'm pretty pissed off. If something does not work, you are on your own with this company, unless you enjoy a BOT sending you automated messages.

Bad support, ignores DMCA take down requests

Sent a DMCA takedown notice to buymeacoffee as a user on their platform is violating a non-commercial license and reselling assets license under non-commercial license.Tina (seemingly the only support agent Buymeacoffee has) ignored the DMCA, and when pushed, said they just talked to the creator and got "their side" and wouldn't take action.1. This isn't how DMCA notices work. There was no counter notice, and buymeacoffee continues to host content that violates the non-commercial license.2. This user is selling content stolen from other brands, and creators. Including Sony, Epic Games, etc.I'm honestly not sure how buymeacoffee is still around when you have actual competent platforms like ko-fi who actually know how to follow laws.If you happen to have content stolen and hosted on buymeacoffee, make sure you take legal action against this company, and additionally report them to google to delist their pages.Edit: buymeacoffee again, has no idea how to do anything. In responding to this post they said:" In this case, we investigated the claim and communicated with the creator to gather the necessary information."The creator in question is selling stolen content, including leaked PS5 models, fortnite animations, and again, non-commercial licenses.Do not use this platform, do not give them your money, and go straight to reporting them to google and their host.

very positive experience

I have had very positive experiences with Asus so far. Both me and partner has Asus laptops, both of us needed repair service (not related to a fault of Asus, I broke my laptop). Customer service picked up the phone quickly, provided meaningful guidance, sent an email with more details, collection happened smoothly, etc. Especially compared to my HP customer service experience when I wanted to have an HP laptop repaired (as a fault of HP within warranty), Asus is doing a great job.

Terrible Customer Service

The brand new laptop I purchased is great, however, the AC adapter that was sent with it is broken, and I'm unable to use my laptop because of it. I spoke to nine different people over the course of three weeks, one of which told me that they would send me a new one and even asked for my mailing address. Two weeks go by, and nothing arrived. I eventually called to ask for tracking information, and they had no record of ever sending me anything. The last person I spoke to was extremely rude and disrespectful, and told me that I had to send my AC adapter to Asus for them to "repair it" after putting me on a lengthy hold 5 times. You'd think that if you purchased a product that came broken, they would either fix it as quickly as possible or just send a new one. However, Asus support gave me the run around for over 3 weeks before this solution was given to me. It would have been both easier and quicker to just spend the $80 on a new one. I love Asus products, but this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Our patients are not receiving their receipts even though it says sent in the contact log. Some get them, some do not. Sometimes they receive them, other times they do not .It makes us look Unprofessional. We have to manually send each receipt after every appointment through gmail as the Minbody system is not reliable. Patients keep ringing us telling us they did not receive their receipt even though we sent it. We have gotten some negative feedback from our customers due to this, Another problem is we cannot send text reminders so we do it manually from our phone. We have not gotten an explanation as to why as other people in Ireland use this service.

Charges $400 for a diagnosis and shipping for a monitor just to charge more than the monitor itself for the repair. So there's really no point in going through the company for any repairs.Multiple calls and emails with no follow up response. Not only does emailing them leads to a noreply email, but so does calling them on the phone as they refuse to follow up with own promises. Truly unbelievable services, poor customer service that only forwards calls to other people that ends up forwarding their calls to other people.LG most likely out sources their customer service since I usually hear chickens and screaming in the background of every call. The last agent I had sounded like she was half asleep and was not useful whatsoever.

Terrible return policy.

I had bought all my tile for two homes at Lowes. The salesman that helped me was so great ( I left a great review about him months ago). The salesman assured me I could return the extra tile, I had purchased extra to be certain I had enough. Today I went to return the tile and they would not return them. The tile is still available to purchase at the store but the manager would not try to help at all, he was combative and rude. Now I have over $130 of tile that I can not do anything with. I will only be shopping at Home Depot from this point on for my ongoing projects.

Waste of money

Waste of money. I bought Hero 9. Not once it did what it is suppossed to do.Camera is glitchy. You contact them for help, nothing. I wasted my time few times dealing with them, no help whatsoever. I am going to throw the camera in the bin, as it does not work. Keeps shutting down when i try using it.On contacting they said, it just passed the warranty so there is nothing they can do.Do not waste your money, buy a better phone put some money on new iphone and that way your videos are ready to upload wherever you want to share.Good luck sharing videos from go pro. I had to purchase an app, really bad experience. $700 in the bin.

This company is a total scam. They are marketers with notoriously bad advice. I was looking for some long term holds back in 2020. I ignorantly invested around 20k based on their top picks and those stocks are still 80-90% down. What’s even more frustrating is they are now pushing articles to say do not invest in these companies. Absolute BS company. Stay well away
