Our patients are not receiving their receipts even though it says sent in the contact log. Some get them, some do not. Sometimes they receive them, other times they do not .It makes us look Unprofessional. We have to manually send each receipt after every appointment through gmail as the Minbody system is not reliable. Patients keep ringing us telling us they did not receive their receipt even though we sent it. We have gotten some negative feedback from our customers due to this, Another problem is we cannot send text reminders so we do it manually from our phone. We have not gotten an explanation as to why as other people in Ireland use this service.
