I asked for help from bank support on September 9 at approximately 11:40 am, and for some reason a specialist named Nashia was very rude to me. she interrupted me all the time and didn’t let me speak to explain so that she could help, and then she just put my call on hold without even warning me. if everyone who uses the bank’s services were people with a banking education or bank employees, then no one would turn to specialists for support, but since we are in other directions in life, your support team exists!

I got DOUBLE CHARGED for games and…

I got DOUBLE CHARGED for games and Microsoft will not refund. Their customer service directs you to fill out a refund request online. However, all the refund requests just come back with a generic "Not Eligible" email. I've requested this refund 3 times, literally spent 2 weeks on this. This is some type of a 90's monopoly all over again. It's like Comcast and AOL had a baby.

Wore St place to stay. When u make a request don’t expect them to uphold it. Sat. Morning breakfast was cold until 7am. Called jay general manager and having said what I said he hung up on me. Said maintainer was fixing hot tub. We stayed fri evening and found out maintain everything doesn’t come in on weekends, but jay general manager who was not even there on weekends said it was. That’s why we could not get in it, it was broken front. Desk was the one with info. I will and my family and realities will never stay at that hotel at all.? We were better off motel six!!!! They try to make up with giving me 10,0000 points lol!!!!

Too much homosexuality in the app. I was starting off my kids and early lessons and some of the phrases included a man talking to his boyfriend. Highly inappropriate for kids trying to just learn a language. Disappointed.

Used to be pretty good but they've become more and more like the legacy airlines with price gouging fares and rising fee's. We used to fly them religiously but are now price shopping our trips. We need a good recession to put many of these companies back to square one.

Southwest is horrible at accommodating during this pandemic, my 1 year to use my tickets expires on 6/19/21 and trying to rebook for 6/26/21 and they won’t accommodate me, because I have to wait till they expire first, lose $100 for each ticket and hope they have seats for 6/26/21, and if not I’m SOL, even though they would be making money cause I need to purchase a 3rd ticket!!! They told me this is how the airlines makes money, so disappointed in this outcome during the pandemic!!!

80 year olds sleeping in wheelchairs due to flight cancellations

I’ve not flown Southwest for over a decade and gave them a try to Mexico. So? Here is sit trying to get to Sacramento and I’m remindedWhy I stopped flying them. ThereAre hundreds of people stranded here from yesterday and still not getting out today/. Elderly people… people in wheelchairs. It’s horrible. So, they don’t offer hotel,They don’t offer getting them out on any other airline, they say,‘ Sorry we will get you on the next flight out…. Monday!’ That puts these folks here for 4 days waiting for a connecting. Them NOT telling them in time so they can’t get out tonight either so it’s too late for them to rebook themselves on another airline. People are missing family reunions,Funerals…. Weekend plans they actually have to be back at work the day they’ll finally get out. All because they canceled flights due to a pilot shortage. If an airlineOf this caliber can’t predict their employee access? They shouldn’t accept people’s money! Travel is too expensive and important to be operated like this! And then not care and say, sorry! How could they make 80 year olds sleep in wheelchairs and not offer hotel! Unbelievable…. Incredibly unbelievable. Southwest should be shut down or change their policies and take care of their customers when they Screw up! ! Send them to hotel… rebook them on other airlines and full refund.

I've been using the service for years, it's always been awful in terms of usability, and after years, it still is. The service is stable and reliable in terms of technology, but the US is a pain in the neck. - Overall mediocre usability.- In the age of AI, their browser add-ins still fail to recognise the difference between physical address and email address in a form, if it's written in German. It's often totally useless and almost never fills a form appropriately.- Takes hours to update and pass on the information from one browser to the other one.- Keeps asking me to save entered info as if it was a login form, even if it's information that is already saved like my address, or something irrelevant like a contact us form. It's dumb and does not understand the context of what I am doing.

What always makes any experience in life better for me is when others are noticed, validated, lifted up, or helped in some way. Change.org is a place that one can go to and learn about many people and their struggles. Then one has an opportunity to pick a story that touches their heart and make a contribution that is comfortable for them. CSR's need to do as they promise…

Capital One was great in issuing me a credit card. I got to a point financially that I was only paying the minimum which means I was only paying on the interest so I had to get a loan to pay off Capital. My complaint is that I have now a $45.02 credit. I understand their policy that it takes 60 to 90 days to mail the check out. I called the first of the month and was assured that the check would be mailed to me in 8-10 business days. No check yet. I called again, and was informed that the check has not been sent yet and that a check will be sent in 8-10 business days. So be careful of who you talk to on the phone and if they are truly doing their job.
