The brand new laptop I purchased is great, however, the AC adapter that was sent with it is broken, and I'm unable to use my laptop because of it. I spoke to nine different people over the course of three weeks, one of which told me that they would send me a new one and even asked for my mailing address. Two weeks go by, and nothing arrived. I eventually called to ask for tracking information, and they had no record of ever sending me anything. The last person I spoke to was extremely rude and disrespectful, and told me that I had to send my AC adapter to Asus for them to "repair it" after putting me on a lengthy hold 5 times. You'd think that if you purchased a product that came broken, they would either fix it as quickly as possible or just send a new one. However, Asus support gave me the run around for over 3 weeks before this solution was given to me. It would have been both easier and quicker to just spend the $80 on a new one. I love Asus products, but this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
