I can't believe a company so big and rich in this day and age could be so bad, not just me me but thousands of people all around the world are having serious problems with the games EA make, for me it's pga tour which I paid good money for but can't play due to the game won't spconnect tk the EA servers, if you check on line there is so many people having the same problem, the game is no more than a demo with only quick play available, I can't play challenges and most of all career mode. I've tried countless solutions with no avail. Other people are having g the same issue with their other games, thank god I haven't wasted money on any more than pga tour, and I will never take the chance on purchasing any other EA games in future.

Only reason why you’re getting a star is because I have to choose one to continue. I understand COVID19 is putting a delay on things but I ordered a pair of shoes 10 days ago and still shows in process. I call the automated system to see if there’s an update and it says I have no pending orders. When I give my order number it says it needs special attention and I need to speak to a customer service rep but no one is taking calls at this time!! Like seriously?!? I pay you for your services and you take my money then I get no response or update. I’ve emailed 3 times and no response. Why are you taking orders from people if you can’t follow through on your end and make sure there is someone to answer questions. This is like a scam, I order a product and pay you then you just go radio silent and no one can reach you.This is one of the last times I ever deal with you. I would rather pay for my shipping and pay full price knowing my order went through and someone is there to answer questions.

In my opinion, the BBC has become pretty well rubbish compared to other upcoming stations, that you are not charged for viewing. Annoyed beyond words as love Glastonbury. No choice, had to go out Sunday so recorded the great Rod Stewart. Except it was interrupted and therefore not recorded by Antiques Roadshow (good programme). BBC chose your preferences for viewing better, as you have lost me. Glastonbury needs to be programmed better by a competent station. On the side line, one that doesn't allow heavily tainted political views by some, be them right or wrong. Maybe can view on I-Player, but to me this is just another means of gaining your personal details. I'm applying to withdraw my TV licence. It will go in time anyway due to your abuse of it.

Discusting customer service from amazon i bought a wardrobe of amazon and it was delivered on 23/02/2025 it took me 2 hours to put it up and when I went to put 2 light items of clothing in it the rail snapped as it was made of cheap tin I spoke to a amazon customer service they told me to wait 48 hours for seller to reply I waited 48 hours and no reply so I called amazon back only to be told I would get a refund and then I got a message of amazon saying my refund has been canceled for no reason I have called back 4 times to be told my refund is being processed then called up today at 17.59 only to be told they won't refund me for a item that is not fit for purpose but didn't look like the picture on amazon's website so this is also false advertising also I have waisted hours of my time trying to sort this out and have been lied to by amazon customer service and I will take this further

My PlayStation account was hacked and unauthorized purchases were made. I informed my bank then contacted PS and they helped me to recover the account. A few days later they sent an email that my account was suspended for charge back... yeah no 💩. I just told you I was hacked and my bank will deal with it. Anywhore they do not allow you to address this over the phone or via chat so the only option is a form that takes 3 business days to be responded to. I have a PS Now year subscription that I won’t be able to use for 5+ days now. Will they refund me for this!? Probably not. I’ve never had to address a problem twice with Xbox. Exclusively TeamXbox from now on!

Tons of worthless features appear, and essential things for a music player, like the play and skip button, on a music player, often fail to do their job. A new perplexing bug appears every week as if that's part of your subscription. A fascinating example: hitting the play button starts a song and a podcast playing on top of each other. How can you mess up this majorly? Podcasts refuse to play, asking yout to check your 'data saver settings,' even though they are turned off. A buggy, but desired, feature- listening to content along with friends, even after being fully released and not in beta fails to outright work, and sometimes skips from part of a song to another part of the same song, only for some people in the 'listen along' session. Take your pick, you will be amazed. It is as if new bugs are what you pay for. I, personally do not care for new features and wrapped at the end of the year. I want to not have to pay for something and have it frustrate me so much that I spend 2 hours of my day looking for alternatives and writing a Trustpilot review, but here we are. Competitors that are worth having a look at are Deezer, QoBuz, and Tidal.

However, don't buy anything that seems unique or has a possibility of not working begoz I bought some PowerBoost 500 thing to increase my voltage and the battery plug got stuck inside and broke. The charger also set on fire when I put a different battery in. That part was unfortunate.
