Only reason why you’re getting a star is because I have to choose one to continue. I understand COVID19 is putting a delay on things but I ordered a pair of shoes 10 days ago and still shows in process. I call the automated system to see if there’s an update and it says I have no pending orders. When I give my order number it says it needs special attention and I need to speak to a customer service rep but no one is taking calls at this time!! Like seriously?!? I pay you for your services and you take my money then I get no response or update. I’ve emailed 3 times and no response. Why are you taking orders from people if you can’t follow through on your end and make sure there is someone to answer questions. This is like a scam, I order a product and pay you then you just go radio silent and no one can reach you.This is one of the last times I ever deal with you. I would rather pay for my shipping and pay full price knowing my order went through and someone is there to answer questions.
