My PlayStation account was hacked and unauthorized purchases were made. I informed my bank then contacted PS and they helped me to recover the account. A few days later they sent an email that my account was suspended for charge back... yeah no 💩. I just told you I was hacked and my bank will deal with it. Anywhore they do not allow you to address this over the phone or via chat so the only option is a form that takes 3 business days to be responded to. I have a PS Now year subscription that I won’t be able to use for 5+ days now. Will they refund me for this!? Probably not. I’ve never had to address a problem twice with Xbox. Exclusively TeamXbox from now on!
