Discusting customer service from amazon i bought a wardrobe of amazon and it was delivered on 23/02/2025 it took me 2 hours to put it up and when I went to put 2 light items of clothing in it the rail snapped as it was made of cheap tin I spoke to a amazon customer service they told me to wait 48 hours for seller to reply I waited 48 hours and no reply so I called amazon back only to be told I would get a refund and then I got a message of amazon saying my refund has been canceled for no reason I have called back 4 times to be told my refund is being processed then called up today at 17.59 only to be told they won't refund me for a item that is not fit for purpose but didn't look like the picture on amazon's website so this is also false advertising also I have waisted hours of my time trying to sort this out and have been lied to by amazon customer service and I will take this further
