Outstanding Personalized Customer Service

I realized after making the purchase of a left handed guitar for my grandson, that he was going to learn to play right handed... I had to cxl the order asap. Taylor Hardin helped me not only cancel the order but he also helped me find another guitar to take its place. Taylor went above and beyond to help me! What a great experience!

Beware ! You may pay for extra legroom but not get it!!

Paid for an extra legroom seat to and from Dubai to find as it was at an emergency exit it had less room than a normal seat because of the over hang from the door. Complained to Emirates who took 3 months to respond . They told me I should have looked at the Terms and conditions when booking the seat as it states that ‘sometimes exit rows ending in A and K when located near an emergency exit may have legroom restricted ‘. There was no mention of this in my receipt for booking. Literally nothing at all and Seat 80A has extra legroom seat next to my booking . The only mention of a legroom issue is located if I read all the way through the terms and conditions to clause 8.8 !! Yet they still charge for an extra legroom seat room seat Furthermore they told me ‘they believe they are an industry leader not only in style and content but also in transparency and ease of use in the booking system !!Really!!! So it appears that all emirates customers now need to read through all the many pages of T and C’s to confirm you are actually getting the service you have paid for. Make sure you aren’t ripped off in the same way. Shameful behaviour from a premium airline

Deliveries left where specifically requested not to be

As deliveries have kindly been left outside my flat door, I updated the delivery info to request they are (due to a safety concern with a neighbour). Instead they have been left downstairs when I specifically asked they were not. I wonder if Amazon would pay for the items if they were stolen. I won’t be getting further deliveries.

I used to prefer CNN over others

I used to prefer CNN over other newscasts but, their sensationalism & blatant bias has made it unwatchable. Some of the newscasters are coming off like bad actors. Anderson Cooper & Don Lemon especially.(I can still stand Cuomo). I wish they would just simply report the news and not push agendas, or political candidates, they come off condescending and very "Karen-like"

Biased reporting

I just watched your 8:30 am programming. It is so obvious to viewers how biased your organization is even when you ATTEMPT to report objectively. Please go back to basics and understand the difference between subjective and objective statements . Your reporters need a crash course on this! As a viewer I like to hear all the facts, so that I can make an informed decision. I couldn’t get through 3 minutes of your broadcast without hearing subjective statements which lean towards one political view. It’s so frustrating . Channel changed.

Customer support chat is very bad, support employees are closing chat, not responding.Recently they changed payment method (Achteraf betalen) and I can't use it anymore. Chat told me they implemented a new system.Was loyal customer for many years with a Select subscription now I will switch over to coolblue or amazon.nl

IMDB was once a great website..SUX NOW!

IMDB was once a great website with reference information, easy to navigate etc.... Now- it's completely bloated with nonstop advertisements, 15 second commercials just totally pathetic...using 'any' other platform going forward. You can barely select anything on a page without being redirected to some awful Auto Play video which will count as a View when in fact I would've never selected it...Never advertise there or go- it's like a giant Spam site with a few facts.

Steep learning curve, but getting there. Disappointed that some common web features appear not to be available on the Personal plan to even a limited degree, e.g., addition of an SEO tag or two. Also have not discovered how to make a drop down menu pop up when hovering on a top level menu item

Waste of time and money

I do not have even one good thing to say about Word Press. First of all, the templates are junk. I spent several hours trying to make some basic edits to a template, and it didn't work. I also tried to download another template and upload it, but that didn't work either. Elementor is useless! Most of all, there is no way to contact support. You can't email them, request a chat, or call them. I am still waiting for a refund of $204 after two weeks. Do not waste your money.

Like many others who have left reviews…

Like many others who have left reviews below, I was not aware until I had already sent my survey out to my email list that I would only be able to view the first 10 responses with my free account. The only way for me to see the rest of my results (over 400) is to pay $99 for a month of their limited service and then remember to cancel so I am not billed repeatedly. Years ago I used survey monkey as a classroom teacher and loved it. Needless to say I am NEVER using it again and spreading the word to fellow online entrepreneurs to stay far far away from this service. If this was made clear when I create my survey I would have gone elsewhere. These shady tactics will be the demise of this company, it is just a question of how long it will take.
