impossible to cancel

Took one hour to cancel on the day after signing up for a free trial (read all the reviews, panicked and thought better to cancel now). The advisor would not take no for an answer and prolonged the call for as long as she could, refusing to understand that people do not want to spend 1 hour trying to cancel something which should take a few seconds online. After 1 hour on the phone she was still insisting it was quick and easy to cancel whenever you want. Eventually received email confirmation of the cancelled subscription last month. Today they have still taken money from my account without my permission.Update: 1 week later they refunded the money. Then unbelievably they proceeded to take the money again the very next day.

I am honestly beyond frustrated and completely shocked at this point. Two items under Tracking No: JTE300299583146 were collected from my address on June 9, 2025, and now I receive a message from Temu saying the return can’t be processed because the items never reached you? Are you kidding me?The delivery agent picked up the package right from my doorstep. I’ve attached photos showing the items were collected and delivered to your warehouse. So where did it disappear after that? That’s your responsibility—not mine. I did everything by the book: packed the items, waited for pickup, handed them over. And now? I’m sitting here without the products and without my refund.And this isn’t even the first time. Previously, I returned an item and never got the refund of AED 68. Now I’ve lost AED 245.33 again for items that were picked up with confirmation. Don’t even try to come back with excuses like “maybe the item wasn’t packed properly”—because it was, and packed with 10 other items that were received just fine.All 12 items were picked up together. You received most, but somehow the ones with the higher value mysteriously vanished? That’s suspicious, and frankly unacceptable.So now let me be very clear:Total refund due = AED 68 + AED 245.33 = AED 313.33.I want this amount refunded immediately.To make things worse, there’s no proper customer support. No phone number, no working chat, no email ID—just automated replies from an AI bot that’s absolutely useless when it comes to real issues like this. So now I’m writing to every Temu contact I can find, because I’m tired of being ignored.If I don’t receive a proper resolution and refund ASAP, I will escalate this further—publicly. I will share my experience across every social media platform and consumer forum possible, because this is no way to treat a loyal customer. I’ve been shopping regularly with Temu, and I did not expect this kind of behavior.I've attached full proof—pickup confirmation, package photos, item details. Now I expect a clear and immediate response:Where are my returned items?When will my AED 313.33 refund be processed?

Do not use Squarespace. It’s garbage and so is the support.

Let’s see. Where to begin...I’ve been with a squarespace for 4 plus years. Little to no issues. They’ve made some money off me as a user with a simple site for resume/portfolio. I was helping my fiancé to start her site and they automatically give you 7.1. Having not used 7.1 I upgraded as well knowing there were a “few” bugs and missing features. But thought “I’m sure it’s coming” spoiler they are not. The biggest issue is the lack of mobile responsiveness. It’s there, but you can’t adjust it in any way. The lock screen template has no options to change type styles or color. The page titles they display on browser tabs only list the “block” you added to the initial page. Some blocks you can edit. Others you can’t. That changes per page. These are all bugs and I have talked repeatedly to Customer Service (which take forever to respond now...) and they all confirmed it’s a bug. Thanks, but we don’t have anything schedule to fix them. So basically they take your money. Make you sign up for a bad product. Admit there’s issues and offer nothing in return. I’m currently learning and building my site and fiancés site in Webflow. As soon as those are ready I’ll cancel my plans with squarespace and never go back. I’ll tell everyone I know. NOT to use them. Hell, Wix offers a better product. DO NOT SIGN UP. It’ll be more entertaining to light the cash on fire.

the privacy is a total joke, I accidentally logged in my xbox account on wrong website, and got logged in minecraft which worth like 400$ in hypixel skyblock, they joined and took everything it happened today but I already knew I messed up yesterday so I tried to change password and there is no new devices of them but I deleted all anyways but somehow they still had the access to minecraft launcher with my account, I tested to change password again and log out all devices and my account is still on minecraft launcher, really stupid and dumb system

Microsoft support and help!!! Took me days to get through to the online support..... when I finally got through no one can help!!! Recieving and being inundated with sexually explicit inappropriate offensive spam e mails some with multiple e mail addresses in the sender box ..... these e mails are dating websites/sex websites selling sex and hook ups with photos of naked ladies including close up photos of there genitalia...... if I were to screen shot these highly offensive and post them online iam very sure Microsoft would block me for doing so ..... yet Microsoft feel its acceptable to allow there customers to be bombarded with these e mails..... Microsoft support were totally useless it was a complete waste of time of days on end trying to get through yo them again it was a case of use this link use that link use the other link to no avail..... so far in 24 hours 139 of these vile offensive sexually explicit sex selling e mails have reached my junk inbox..... with microft stating go to this link and block the domain .... and again getting no where ... I find these emails are so so upsetting and frustrating Microsoft will do nothing at all about them .... or help me in any way..... thinking seriously of deleting my account.... Microsoft clearly like to promote such e mails ..... they say my acvount is OK... if that was the case I would not be receiving these vile e mails a breach of security has happened somewhere....... Update..... I now have 192 explicit inappropriate offensive emails 20/04/2024 sexually explicit inappropriate offensive emails now at 236 recieved. And microsoft do not call this a problem and these e mails and contents are perfectly acceptable. 21/04/2024 sexually explicit inappropriate offensive emails now stands st 343 recieved. 22/04/2024 sexually explicit inappropriate offensive emails now at 470 recieved. Still nothing be done by Microsoft to stop them. 24/04/2024 sexually explicit inappropriate offensive emails recieved 596.More and more just keep arriving and microsoft do nothing - I certainly would not recommend microsoft...... they do nothing to keep customers accounts safe from these vile e mails. Complete and utter waste of time reporting these violating e mails.... Microsoft do nothing about them .... they just keep on coming ...... so much for customer security and support .... its zilch......

Dreadful. App keeps going down or into blank screen mode. They pester you all day about your daily streak. So you go on and then you get the everyday freeze screen. Do not buy until they sort out their crap app. Ps. Duolingo if you want to challenge me .I have 34 frozen screenshots in one month.

Frustrated...

Frustrated...That's what I was when I contacted support. I'm not a so called computer guru, just a senior with limited brains on the matter. The rep that handled my plea for help was worth their weight in Gold or is it Gummy Bears? Long story short, they had my VPN running again through simple instruction that was easy to follow and execute.

I bought a template today for $50

I bought a template today for $50. Then I found out I needed a plan to connect a custom domain, so I paid an additional $35. After that, I was told I needed to add a custom seat for my colleague, which cost another $35.AND I STILL CAN'T ADD MY COLLEAGUE TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE!It still says "1 of 1 seats" and asks me to keep buying more!I couldn't find a way to contact support! I hate ticketing systems because there's no way to get a timely response, if you even get one at all.I went to the refund page, and every time I pasted a fresh invoice ID, I got an error saying "Required."I’ve spent $130 and still can't add my colleague to edit the site. Instead of getting work done, I've just wasted money for nothing.

Review of crocoblock

Excellent support & extensive plugin library

I found Crocoblock when searching for a 'store locator' style plugin for a large company to display their locations. They have one that works great, but I also discovered that they have a tonne of other really useful plugins. That client also uses their Smart Filters, mega menu, custom post types, custom search / AJAX, among others. It's great to have everything in the same place, and they're all very customisable and dynamic. I worked with their support over 3.5 months and most were nothing but fantastic (of course, a few agents are better than others). Always available, actually reading and comprehending the issues, and sending screencaps and videos for instructions. When JetEngine had compatibility issues with WPML translation, they escalated it and actually made an update to fix it.The only cons I can think of is that the menu needs a few more features. When I built it, I remember that it didn't have an option to click to open a sub-menu. On large mega menus or ones with unique designs, hover only can be quite annoying as a user experience. That aside, I was happy to get the Lifetime license and use it with other clients.
