Customer support is very bad

Customer support chat is very bad, support employees are closing chat, not responding.Recently they changed payment method (Achteraf betalen) and I can't use it anymore. Chat told me they implemented a new system.Was loyal customer for many years with a Select subscription now I will switch over to coolblue or amazon.nl
