Your new system does not work. I have 234.00 dollars in gift cards and can't seem to use them. I wanted to view a book, instead of viewing you sent me 2 hard copies of the book. I can not successfully use your new system. I am using kindle at this time. Fix the system to make it easier so I can order the book on e book.
