I ordered with Target online with delivery instructions to place boxes in package room.A month prior, no problem as Target delivered to the package room. This time delivery wasn't to my address at all nor to the package room. The photo confirmation showed the packages but whereabouts unknown. When I called Target customer service I wanted to know where the driver placed my packages. The representative stated he could redeliver or do a refund. I accepted the refund. My complaint is Target provides no customer service and the money loss is no problem for Target as they pass the loss to the customers. Why should I support a retailer that has no regard for the customer? This isn't the first time Target delivery was unsatisfactory but I'm fed up so I wrote this review. Target, I'm tired of bad delivery service!
