Use a different cruise line, and when you book use a travel agent and not their own people or app. I booked a cruise, paid for it, they raised the prices after the fact and canceled it. 7 hours of phonecalls and multiple departments later, having to repeat the details every time, nobody owning anything, and they are now trying to charge me 1000$ in cancelation fees. One agent was transparent with me and told me he didn't have the power, but saw this was their fault. That they had every conversation recorded as well, including the one where I paid and was told on the phone all was in order. When I got transferred to the dispute center that did have the power to fix it, they would not answer me about the records and recorded calls and told me I now need to take another day and file a claim with another agency and my paying for insurance may not matter or be honored. Never again going to try and work with this company. Easily one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. Run away from this company! They have to have this set up to ruin and rob their customers on purpose! Do not trust them!

If I give a .5 stars I would .Do not shop at Pandora in Bramalea Mall in Brampton Ontario. The staff are unprofessional and the quality of the products are faulty and bracelets are not as good in quality as before. The manager in duty Julie ( who refused to give her last name ) not sure if that’s her name she was rude and if she is what Pandora has to represent them they will lose revenue and customers in that store .

Having been locked out of my Facebook account when I updated my laptop, I thought it would be a simple matter of just logging in again. I visited the log in page, entered my details and received a code, which I duly entered. I then discover that their two part security has my old phone number on it, a number now completely obsolete, and they expect to use this to verify my identity. I changed my number months ago, and updated it across all my social media, including Facebook, however, Facebook has a thing for stubbornly trying to use outdated numbers for verification purposes, when the sensible thing would be to use the updated one. Uploading your passport and answering from a registered email address is not enough for these people. Even then, you still have to pass the obsolete phone number test, which is of course, impossible. Explaining all this to them is also impossible, because they offer no means of normal communication for some reason - no helpline, no chatline, nothing, just the odd email that (you guessed it) cannot be replied to.

They simply keep your money and refuse to refund it. This outrageous policy is deceptive as the customer believes they have purchased a flexible reservation. Life happens, IHG won't accommodate you. Buyer BEWARE. AVOID

Avoid this app and use other platforms to buy used goods. I purchased a jacket from the app and it arrived with a hole in. I opened a case to return the item and Depop refused to accept it as it was as described. The hole was not shown in any photos or description and now I am stuck with a jacket that has a hole in it. This has happened previously on Depop with an item that had multiple stains. AVOID

I ordered timberland boots £170:00 for my daughter for Xmas and they are too small. I have been trying to return them for a refund since 30/12/2024 but there is no number to call ASOS customer services and everything is on live chat. And email. I have gone on live chat 3 times and each time it tells me to contact ‘ brand partner’ Timberland …. Which I have now done 3 times. Each time I am told by Timnberland that it is not their responsibility but the responsibility of ASOS as the boots were bought from ASOS site. ASOS ‘live chat’ continues to tell me I will hear from Timberland within 3 working days regarding a returns label. Timberland are telling me on the phone I won’t as not their responsibility!!!I will never order from ASOS again. I am now going to take legal Advice !!

The project accounting product truly isn't ready for primetime and should never be sold to those who have many projects with a lot of expenses. The reconciliation process to reconcile to multiple projects is horrible and using Excel spreadsheets was actually faster. Avoid Xero if you have many projects with many expenses.

Do not trust!! I was shown a fare and a flight that I wanted to book, but was not sure if something better would come in, so I purchased the flight freeze. It is a fraud. I clicked on the link provided by the email as I was instructed and my fare and flight was not even listed. The closest match was $100+ more per person. I contacted Customer Service and sent the screenshots to prove it was not the lowest. Their response was basically, Ohh well. The prices are set by the airlines and not us. I told them that I could go back in and book the same fare for $306, but I would not be getting a refund for the freezing of the fare. The agent's name was Lorraine V. and she was not helpful and just kept showing me what she was seeing for the lowest fare and stating that the fare she was seeing was the lowest fare according to their data.
