Use a different cruise line, and when you book use a travel agent and not their own people or app. I booked a cruise, paid for it, they raised the prices after the fact and canceled it. 7 hours of phonecalls and multiple departments later, having to repeat the details every time, nobody owning anything, and they are now trying to charge me 1000$ in cancelation fees. One agent was transparent with me and told me he didn't have the power, but saw this was their fault. That they had every conversation recorded as well, including the one where I paid and was told on the phone all was in order. When I got transferred to the dispute center that did have the power to fix it, they would not answer me about the records and recorded calls and told me I now need to take another day and file a claim with another agency and my paying for insurance may not matter or be honored. Never again going to try and work with this company. Easily one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. Run away from this company! They have to have this set up to ruin and rob their customers on purpose! Do not trust them!
