Review of theknot
It's a total SCAM!!! And I'd give them 0 stars if it were an option. If you're a vendor thinking about joining the the knot/wedding wire don't do it!! After hearing about how their supposedly great SEO was supposed to get me a ton of work I've gotten nothing but fake leads and not a single job from them after almost a year. And you can't cancel until the 1 year contractual term is up...I already have the date marked on my calendar. Except for it being a tax write-off, it's a total waste of time and money!!
Review of outlook
Don't get me wrong where I like their office products, but when it comes to Outlook email, it's not recommended. It's 100% different because it's not the same as it used to be. If you decide you no longer want your email account, not only do you now all of a sudden need a verification code just to access the security portion of your account...but if you no longer have the previous email and update security info with a diff. alternative email where you'd think the code would get sent right away, but no it doesn't. It takes a month just get that info. updated. There should not be any verification code just to access the security section in order to close your account. And in my experience, I've never been notified of any changes whatsoever where I've noticed they notify you after they make changes not before-hand. And they continue making changes without their users' permissions. Closing an Outlook email should be fast, simple, and easy, yet Microsoft seems to be complicating that aspect by adding "extra security," that in my opinion, it does not need.I did like the way Hotmail had been about 2, maybe 3 years ago before everything changed to Outlook...I liked the format way better. I know I've been on/off my accts. in the past year, but we shouldn't need a verification code in order to close/delete our accounts.

Review of freshbooks
With Freshbooks for over 2 years. My card had been compromised so I cancelled it but forgot to update the payment details with Freshbooks. Rather than remind me of this they just completely restricted access to my account for me and my clients invoices, delaying some really important payments into my business as clients couldn't read the invoices. Should have at least told me why the account was restricted, to remind me to update the payment details. Updated the new payment details, downloaded what data I needed from the app then requested they close the account. As a small business, I don't expect anything for free, but I do expect a bit of warning when you're going to stop me and my clients from accessing the App. Found a better and cheaper app now. A lot of hassle but can't afford for this to happen again.

Review of hp
I bought a printer in April 24 and used instant ink for a while. After it got too expensive I bought other brand cartridges - which HP have disabled me from using. This is such a scam 😮 I am totally shocked that a company is able to use software to stop me choosing what ink cartridges I want to use in MY printer that I paid for in full. Oh and by the way if you buy HP ink cartridges for your printer (which will work) they don't fill them all the way up, so they can continue to rip you off. I think legal action should be taken against them. I will never buy anything from HP again. Please avoid at all costs and save yourself a lot of stress!!!!!!!!!¡?

Review of lenovo
Tried so hard to buy a P43s but they messed it up, again, and again.I configured a P43s last weekend during the THINKPRESIDENT promotion. I was also looking at a T490 as they are very similar. I run a computational university lab and have ThinkStations, and thought Lenovo was a solid company. I called in for Support to help me decide make the day after the sale ended. The rep seemed fine and told me to send him the screenshot of the system I configured on the weekend with prices, which I did. The first email response came Tuesday a few minutes prior to closing for Lenovo - It read to quote "What's a telephone number I can reach you at. I got the price matched however, you need to convert this order immediately or the quote will be rejected." I honestly thought this must be a scam or something. I checked the quote online and it had multiple mistakes in the configuration, but it did state active until Friday night. Six emails back and forth all week to get it right. Finally, when it does come in right, on Thursday the quote says 'Rejected'. I email the person I am dealing with and get an auto response that they are sick and to contact their backup. I contact the backup person to ask what is going on ... no response. So after working hard all week to buy a P43s, Friday night I give up and buy a similarly configured HP 840 G6 for less. Lenovo loses more than just this P43s sale. I need to replace several workstations / servers in my lab, and I will not consider Lenovo after this experience.

I would remind that this is simply an app guide operators pay to market their tours. There is absolutely NO screening so you should do a little research on whatever vendor you're thinking of using before booking with them. Make sense? I have booked 2 tours thru this app.
Review of dell
My experience with Dell is almost hard to believe. At the time I bought my laptop from Dell several years ago, I looked up the reviews and saw they were mostly positive so I made my purchase. Now I have to believe that Dell must've bought all those positive reviews because my ongoing experience with them has been abysmal. When my computer's warranty expired, I opted to purchase their "Premium Support" so I could have continued coverage at a monthly fee of $14.43. You would think, then, that with my "Premium Support", it would be a simple matter to update my credit card as it approached its expiration date. I literally spent no less than 10 hours of my time on both their website and in phone calls simply trying to update my credit card payment information! Even after all that effort, I still was not able to simply get my credit card payment updated due to the Dell website not taking the information, and so then when I called their "customer support" people, each one I talked to (there were multiple individuals as they transferred me from one department to another) they were rude, they kept transferring me and kept me on hold for long periods, and their accents made them very difficult to understand. They also didn't seem to understand that I was simply trying to update my credit card payment, and then would disconnect the call because it seemed they didn't know what else to do. I never was able to get them to fix this very simple issue -- so that I could pay them! Unbelievable. I will never buy anything or do business with Dell again.

Review of YouTube
The video has been reported by us, and by the Police for secret recording that breaches privacy and is harassment. Youtube has not taken the video down, or reviewed it. I am now writing to my MP MSP about YouTube’s failure to take down videos that disclose personal identities and addresses for the purposes of harassment and bullying. There are criminals making money out of YouTube and they do nothing to stop it. I have had to contact the police multiple times, but the The Police need YouTube’s co-operation - which they clearly do not have. It cannot be right of good that a company thinks their profit motive places them above the law.
